Now to debunk the head banging. Andy has chosen a specific area of the wall to hit his head into. It's clearly a hollow part of the wall, a thin sheet of wood grain paneling covers the section between two 2x4s. If you play the head banging video at 0.25 speed, you will see just how hollow the wall is as the wood paneling conforms to Andy's head and also the light switch cover bounces on the wall because of a missing screw along with the head banging.

Andy chose THIS section of the wall because he knows it won't hurt his head.
 
I've watched several videos on Andrew now and I always come to the same conclusion as most other people.

This is a grown man who seemingly had a decent IT career ahead of him and, likely due to some heavily ill conceived notion that mental health sufferers can just coast through life, begun doing a mid-level dive into the most popular disorders which people have and get them some form of leniency and write off on getting away with doing nothing. He plays it up to such a hyper-comical manner and it's little wonder why his entire family berates him and refuses (Well, they play in but not to the way he wants outside of "abuse") to buy into it and keeps telling him he's talking shit.

I know a literal autist who's at the level Andrew tries to play up to. The man is 31yo and for the life of him has been incapable of any form of social interaction since he was a child, he simply cannot understand adult life (hence being in a group home) and for the life of him if I put a PC in front of him and told him to use it he would be completely confused since the most he can understand is old ass gaming consoles from his childhood. He's simply incapable of operating anything above a PS2. He couldn't socialise even on the internet when he had a 360 (as I briefly played with him to kind of chaperone him online at the behest of his mother), he was only really able to, at 20, hangout with 12/13yos since he operated at the level of an 8yo and they basically just bullied him on Minecraft to make him rage so he stopped going online entirely. For more he ran up a £400 water bill (I want to say 2015~ time) because he "Couldn't stop" taking baths all day, he only ate things he could pull out of a cupboard and his only outside time was when carers came round and physically pulled him out, this being noted he had very little autonomy in his life.

The point of that is that Andrew doesn't quite understand the level of ineptitude he'd have to be living and operating under to pull off his bullshit. He acts like an inept retard with 0 social skills whilst asspulling long words when in a corner, being able to source information quite efficiently and also operating a PC for the sake of playing "Chess" (Which I guarentee, the aforementioned friend would not comprehend how chess works). You can't claim you have the "mental age of a 12 yo", that you're so retarded you will actively negate people in danger whilst also having the comprehension to know how to get under people's skin with the most catty remarks (Which, if it wasn't for the played up retard voice, would be taken as well thought out) for the sake of getting the others into aggression. I honestly dislike people like this who make their entire life goal to squander and do nothing just to take advantage of a system not made for them which is already shit. They'd be better off having their jobs and a real life. I feel bad for the services (Cops/Hospitals/Doctors) who deal with this retard and no matter what outside of enabling him they never get left the fuck alone.

I actually hope by some crazy occurrence he does get bounced into a group home. It's highly unlikely to happen due to the fact doctors aren't retarded and won't give him the diagnosis he thirsts for but boy would he quickly figure out some flaws to his plans. They'd have the dumb motherfucker drugged up to the point he could barely function and if he thinks he's going to be having shenanigans on the Internet he's quickly mistaken. His whole larp would quickly become unfun when his only other peers are legitimately handicapped people and he's no longer able to have any sort of freedom in his life. He doesn't seem to realize that in the very best scenario that could be hoped for is a situation basically akin to jail, no, he seems to have this idea in this head that they're going to give him a paid apartment and all these caretakers he doesn't need. In reality if all came to fruition he'd likely be in a scenario with a roommate and where every moment of his life is regimented and controlled.

I mean he's recently been in some kind of hospital and he was immediately throwing tantrums because they called him out. As you do say though it's like the morons who think Psychwards are better than jail and think playing the mentally ill card will get them a better sentence, not realising just what they do to someone who's whacko enough to qualify for that type of sentence. TBH I had gotten through about half the video mentioned in my last post when I wrote it so when SC mentioned about his typing it sparked a light in me which needed to be addressed here because he did this whole "I dunno if..." and it boils down to this;

Andrew is trying to proclaim he's low functioning autistic and incapable of socialising or doing any task an adult can, he also make a hard point of LARPing and talking like a manchild, if he genuinely had those problems they would absolutely, 100%, reflect in how he functioned on a PC. He'd be typing, spelling and using words and reasoning like a child, NOT a grown man. It's shown he can type at a relatively high WPM, he is capable of forming large complex emails which're rambly but relatively co-herent and filled with long words and what not. That's why this LARP immediately falls apart and all these doctors and social workers do not take this seriously and refuse to give him a diagnosis past "Schizo-effective disorder" (if the video is to be believed), I've never once heard of a dude who cannot effectively talk like an adult and will talk using baby language but the second you stick a keyboard infront of him he turns into a fucking wordsmith.

This carries on to his absolute FAVORITE thing to harp on: Crying abuse. He does it constantly. Every person he comes across, oh they're abusing him. A doctor can say 'Wow, this person is either trying to manipulate me or they're articulate enough to tell me they're being abused'. He's disqualified in either case from what he wants. The only people who give a shit about him are quickly dying and he can't fool the system. He's going to be sleeping in a fucking ditch or be n county soon, and that much I can almost guarantee. It takes a whole Hell of a lot to get yourself a mental accommodation these days.

Andy also loves laying a guilt trip on everyone when he says, "I am leaving hospul, and if I get hit by a car..." where he threatens people with implied lawsuits should anything happen to Andy post-discharge.

What I wanted to do was start a GTA Online character that looked like Andy and just make videos to Rumble where Andy gets hit by cars in GTA Online, but the character editor is limited and ends up looking like Thomas Ditch instead of Andy.
 
His family is clearly kind of incompetent as well though. I don’t understand why they just don’t kick him out and cut off all contact and maybe get a restraining order. it should be easy since he’s a grown ass adult and not actually disabled. If they loved him kicking him out would force him to shape up since he couldn’t pull this shit off homeless, and if they don’t care about him it should be easy to cut him off. Andrew doesn’t seem to be willing to seriously hurt himself so I doubt they would have to worry about him killing himself either if they just stop pandering to his delusions.

I think its out of some warped parental obligation. Plus his dad also said that he thinks Andy might have brain damage from his car accident a few years back and that the symptoms have begun to show up now or smth. They also might feel guilty for the PTSD Andy was diagnosed with as a kid.

It's very likely Andy has Munchausen's syndrome for two reasons:
  1. Attention - people with it tend to feel as if they aren't getting enough affection/support in their lives, so they will fake conditions to try and basically fish for attention. Andy's predilection towards being specifically in a group home, where caretakers will be forced to give him nonstop care, could be a major tell for this. Being a leech on his family is also another way he could be getting some sick satisfaction out of faking, as his active harm towards his family makes him feel important (the incense situation is a good example, he will endanger others for his own benefit. He thinks that hiding under the shield of being "autistic" frees him from blame for this, contrary to your average narcissist).
  2. Symptom faking, as you said

He specifically looks up and pretends to have conditions that match online resources for autism. This is why he almost always carries around an iPad or some other device and lists symptoms/treatments he thinks he should be getting (a telltale sign for Munchies specifically is using complex medical terms, like you said, or somehow knowing which specific treatments or drugs they need to be cured of all their problems). The "stop 'busin me!!!" is a method to try and detract people from questioning whether he really has what he says he has: basically playing the victim in every situation. Whatever the reason, he'll find up something online that validates his feelings and will stretch the willingness of others to help for his own gain. It's not just selfish, it's predatory. And he likes being a predator, because he hasn't been seriously reprimanded for it yet (in his fucked up mind the rewards (attention) outweigh the costs (his dignity).

I'm typing all this out because his situation isn't like what you'd see in the "Munchausen's by internet" thread specifically due to his schizoid personality and dishonesty. What Andy wants is an endless loop of attention, care and validation. Illness fakers have a complex for attention too, but they usually play this to try and get something useful and immediate, such as internet clout/fame, donation money, etc. Andy's not looking for help so that he can be (or atleast pretend to be) a functional being, he wants to play this up essentially until he dies because his goal is to be looked after by others for all coming time (this is why he will act like a literal child, he doesn't want to try and appear as sane to his audience. He relishes in the fact that others think he's abhorrently retarded and ultimately can't be trusted alone, and sees this as getting what he wants. Seeing others actively suffer from his made up retardation gives him satisfaction as well as he thinks his manipulation is working). He will always lie about how he feels, how he thinks and what he wants. This lying builds on itself to the point of actual delusion, and at this point it's possible Andy himself has no idea what he originally wanted out of this because he's just gone in so far deep. Sunk cost fallacy, he's acted like this for so long it can't really stop unless he's euthanized. Psychologically speaking it's impossible for him to not take up other's attention, because it's hard to ignore a babbling retard. If not the police, his family or nurses, then he'd probably be screeching in a McDonald's for the same effect. Unless he's put on some serious drugs this isn't going to end until he dies, and of course the doctors won't know what to fucking give him because he's never going to be honest.
There's genuinely no point in guessing what his endgame here is, because it's just as likely that he himself has no idea either. Did the car accident really fuck him up mentally? Or does he want people to catch that red herring as an excuse for his regression and retardation? With Munchausen's it's all about the story they tell and doing whatever it takes for others to buy it.
