I remember even back in the early 2010's that Boogie as a person came off as suspicious and completely insincere, everything from the "I'm the Mr Rogers of the internet" to declining renowned fitness trainers of free training regiments which so many people wish they had due to the expense. The worst thing this man has done however is acting as a negative role model to vulnerable teenagers in Middle and High School who had weight issues, lack of self esteem and looked up to this grotesque creep with all his 'woe is me' bullshit just for him to use them as sort of a personal internet army to scorn others who diss him with his passive aggressive manipulation comments 'Hey guys, this complete nobody on the internet criticized me. Boogie, as is typical of fat, lazy bums, is always looking for a quick fix bandaid instead of a long term solution. That's why despite his massive success early on, he's a broke scrub grifting and clawing for any little bit of charity and goodwill he can get because instead of investing his money in things that would grow it and provide a sweet dividend in the long term, he bought a Tesla and a house he couldn't afford. Instead of investing that money into a gym membership and a personal trainer/nutritionist, he buys anti-diabeties drugs to lose weight. Maybe when he actually does get cancer, he'll take the quick and easy way by doing a flip off a bridge.

By the way Boogie, medicines like Ozempic and Metformin cause B12 deficiency so good luck with anemia asshole.

this is not true. polycythemia by definition refers to an abnormal elevation of red blood cells in the body. this by itself does not immediately insinuate cancer, although people do tend to refer to the cancerous "polycythemia vera" as just "polycythemia." it's extremely easy to be confused and mislead here. polycythemia can happen as the result of either a rare genetic mutation that corrupts the primary process of red blood cell production in the bone marrow or some other secondary condition/medication. this is how it's categorized between "primary" polycythemia and "secondary" polycythemia. polycythemia vera is just another term for primary polycythemia. while the two both involve abnormal red blood cell counts, they have completely different root causes. secondary polycythemia is not cancer. boogie does not have cancer. secondary polycythemia also doesn't cause primary polycythemia. he is not at a higher risk of developing primary polycythemia.

secondary polycythemia is treated by addressing whatever it is causing polycythemia. in boogie's case, his largest risk factors are sleep apnea and testosterone replacement therapy.

sleep apnea causes polycythemia because the body being starved of oxygen during sleep will lower blood oxygen levels and the body will produce more red blood cells in an attempt to compensate and improve oxygen delivery. this is why when boogie first told everyone about his "cancer" he said his doctor wanted him to have a sleep study done. while he has already been diagnosed with sleep apnea and uses a cpap machine, there's always a chance his cpap therapy stopped being effective. treating sleep apnea = healthy blood oxygen levels = normal red blood cell count = no polycythemia.

polycythemia is also a known side-effect of testosterone replacement therapy because testosterone can elevate levels of a hormone in the kidneys called erythropoietin which stimulates red blood cell production. this is (one of many reasons) why boogie needs to lose weight. losing weight = less need for testosterone = normal erythropoietin levels = normal red blood cell count = no polycythemia.

boogie's lie was obvious the moment he insisted that years of TRT gave him cancer because that is simply just not how it works with polycythemia vera. it's a genetic mutation. it happens completely at random with no known cause. he has secondary polycythemia that is not cancerous, treatable, and not life threatening. it essentially comes down to him needing to stop being such a fat worthless piece of shit. that's it. he's just a fat faggot, but "cancer" looks better for the sympathy he so desperately needs.
