For your autistic viewing pleasure, I present to you: the Patrick Tomlinson New Vegas playthrough! Someone else had this idea WAY back, but I decided to fuck around with it again just for fun.

With this handy dandy guide, I'm gonna teach you how to play through Fallout: New Vegas as Patrick Tomlinson, for a highly authentic and enjoyable experience! With my help, you'll be playing NV like a fat fucking idiot.

Major Goals:
- Be a cunt to everyone
- Do everything the hard way
- Fail as much as possible while still completing the game

Your stats:
Most important thing is to give yourself low charisma. I'm talk 1 point if you can. Patrick is not a charismatic figure, always acts cunty and picks fights with people. Min Charisma and put the points in Endurance, since if nothing else, Pat can take a beating. The other positive stats like Strength, Agility and Intelligence, Perception and Luck are all things Pat lacks in real life, but you've got like four more points to spend so just put them into whatever you want.

Dialogue:
This is the KEY to any Patrick playthrough. You have to do your best to lose friends and alienate people. If there's a dickish dialogue option, always pick that one if possible. Start fights for no reason when you can, unless you wanna suck up to someone. Failing skill checks is also important. You need to ruin any chance you have to make a good impression on people. TL;DR: just be a cunt!

Combat:
This one's a little more flexible. Patrick will use guns when he has to, but will almost always want to fist-fight people when he can, to prove how "tough" he is. No melee weapons either, just pure fists! But if you're finding it too hard to progress in the game with this build, you're allowed to just actually play the game right for this part. The real soy and potatoes of this run is the roleplay!

Choices and Quests:
Your choices in New Vegas matter, so be sure to fuck every single one of them up. If there's a choice you know will end in disaster for someone, get them killed or ruin their life, go for it! Fail quests when you can, go for the worst endings you think you can get. Fighting the Powder Gangers? Make as many people in Goodsprings die as possible, etc. If your bad decisions get your killed or stuck a couple times, you'll know you're doing right.

Faction & Ending:
You're going for a Yes Man run, with an NCR-friendly character. Patrick respects the DEMOCRACY and DECENCY of the NCR, they're his favorite authority figures. However, rules are for the ruled, and Patrick is oppositional and defiant. So you'll be going for a Yes Man ending. Be sure to blow up the Securitron bunker too, because I don't need your robot army, child. I'm an actual, real life tough guy who can fend for myself.

And that's all there is to it. Enjoy ruining the entire Mojave, stalker. Tune into the Cooking with Jack thread, where I'll teach you how to roleplay as Jack in New Vegas but eating a bunch of disgusting raw and irradiated food and dying of septic shock.
