Edit: I Googled and essentially yeah. He's facing up to 20 years in prison for the 34 counts, but is likely to only receive fines (maximum of $170,000) since its non-violent and he has no previous offences. He could still run for Prez even from prison, but it seems unlikely that he will serve time.
