That's generous. I give it two days.
I think he does at most one sobriety stream before once again showing up drunk off his ass, disappearing for obvious cocaine breaks, and otherwise inviting law enforcement to toss his shit again. Then he goes back in the slammer to toss some bootie warrior's salad for more drugs.

Throwback to this post, which seems especially relevant now knowing that the pastor was the one who called the cops:

I've just created an account, and I've been informed that my posts will need approval. That's fine by me, especially considering the involvement of Rekieta's sons. I understand if this post isn't published, but I believe the moderators should be privately aware of the information nonetheless.

During a recent stream from 1:49:48 to 2:00:30, Nick delved into the upcoming confirmation of his sons and discussed their personalities in some detail. This level of personal disclosure regarding his sons is uncommon. I easily found his church mentioned in this thread through a search.

The church posts its services. The Rekieta boys spoke and were named. Nick and Kayla both went on stage for the anointing and at the end Rekieta looks quite lost. Both boys are named.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=Y-lHKml2f-c
The older Rekieta boy speaks at 26:18 and the younger one at 32:38. The younger one briefly discusses the family. The anointing is at 42:00 and Nick looking lost is at 1:30:19.

It's good information if nothing else than to laugh at the fuckery of his church. I'll leave it to you whether to publish this. I haven't seen it mentioned thus far, however, I have not read the recent posts closely.

It is Nick who publicized the information about the confirmation. He must know that the services of his church are publicly posted.

Yeah it’s good stuff and I support it. Stops your brain from wanting the no-no water. No long term side effects. Sometimes people need a little help instead of thugging it out. Glad it worked.
Yeah, it eased me through the time I needed for the wetbrain to clear. Haven't had it nor alcohol in over a year now

Last update for locals for a bit. After Rekieta re-appeared on locals with a message, he did not appear in chat. The chat dropped the subject shortly afterwards. Guessing because they went to sperg under his comments as shown by @HackerX . Still Life is somehow back around being a sperg and arguing with others in chat currently, but it's just retarded Still Life sperging as it was a year ago. I'm guessing Locals will chill off up until Nick's first stream post release.

holy copes null was pretty much done with rekeita by the time of the farms case and null never promoted that drex diddled nick's kids these people are something else.

I wonder what has to happen to nick to get them to wake up and smell the coffee? They literally follow nicks every word like a cult does

I had one that fell into my hood pop out and roll away when I got home, I still can't find it.
I mean, if you can't find it, I doubt the cops can. I'm sure it's not under your bed or anything.
TBF I've got a few spent casings laying around, if only for the fact that I like to look at them. Plus whole bags of brass in my bedroom.
If you have an overabundance of casings around the house, I think that's less ominous than one sitting under a bed. Context is important.
I mentioned a friend who kept casings in his drawer (in fact, he kept them in a big Ziploc bag inside the drawer). I imagine you also have them in plastic bags or on display somehow? That's fine. A reasonable person could understand that. Unsecured, not on display, and in a trashed bedroom is much different.

I haven’t stopped thinking about his little daughter going to him while he was streaming looking for reassurance and getting iced out. Imagine the shit she had to climb over in the house to get to his office and how important it must have been for her to speak to him. Not to mention the shit she’s heard. I work with small children her age and all they want is mommy and daddy. Kayla and Nick can rot in hell. I hope the kids can start going to a public school so they can see a therapist.

i also noticed something within the documents, they weighed the bags of coke WITH the packaging. if it’s in a standard sandwich bag it adds quite a bit of weight when you’re dealing with grams. plus the individual glassine bags that were included. hmmm
The little coke baggies are only like .5g and the 18g was reported to be in a torn corner of a bag, which is super negligible in terms of weight. At most you could knock off like 2-3g total, which wouldn't affect the charges anyway.

Anyone with an addict in their family...did they turn their life around after the first arrest? It took three for my addict relative to. This is just the beginning of the show, kids.
nah, one of mine straight up refused to ever see his probation officer and just drank himself to death, i found him braindead on his basement floor on halloween, so paramedics were loading him into an ambulance while kids were walking up and down the sidewalk in costumes.

Pastor (in the jacket and tie) probably smelled the booze a mile away.
Is that Nick's dad next to him? Same schnozz.

Holy shit, if that paper really says "Born in 2007..." on the flipside... Isn't their oldest about 16 years old? If they were born in 2007 (turned 16 last year and turning 17 later this year), then I think they're the one who raised concerns to the pastor (because the pastor sure as shit wasn't born in 2007).

The oldest son found out and told the pastor? Big, if true.
I can definitely find posts referring to the son as being 16 years old in 2023. He was probably born in 2007. So, the end of that sentence would be "...born in 2007 in charge. MELIN was unsure if that was suitable or not." It's talking about their oldest son being left in charge, which doesn't necessarily mean he confided in the pastor, but that makes sense of that portion of it.

I made the same suggestion, and somebody in the other thread noted that a standard sandwich bag is almost 2 grams, the weights in the report are specifically noted to be gross and include packaging. It's almost certainly under the threashold.
And he only has to go under 25 to step down one rung on sentencing.
I think it's just as likely that they collected enough when cleaning out the house proper to offset the packaging or April confessed a greater quantity was around/destroyed while the cops were waiting on a ram in exchange for her charges being dropped.

Except for the fact there are tweekers in the house with the kids and they had an AR.
Just because nick refused to give them the door code doesn't mean they have to wait. They had a warrant. They where going in with or with out baldo's approval.
I'm not saying the warrant wasn't justified. I'm not even saying the police acted improperly.

What I am saying is that the scant details that we have suggest Nick may have grounds for a 4th Amendment violation claim and/or excessive force claim. Possibly even emotional distress on behalf of his kids.

The demonstrable belief that there's a present danger grants law enforcement vastly increased powers to act in the moment but even the appearance of invoking those powers at a time when they shouldn't be invoked can tank a prosecution.

We know he was doing drugs. The state knows he was doing drugs. The fucking pastor knows he was doing drugs. All of that while openly owning fire arms.

However. Legally, Nick's innocent until proven guilty. There's clearly no life-threatening urgency that requires immediate because they waited a full week to execute the search warrant. There's no mention of drug paraphenalia in plain sight, no sounds of distress coming from within the residence. There's nothing in the report that suggests a need for force when the home owner hadn't been shown the search warrant and appears to have been actively complying. At this point (the ~10 minute window before Nick arrived) the pre-existing knowledge of legally owned guns in the house cannot be used as the sole basis for escalating because there's no known danger.

So, even though we all know Nick fucked around and found out, how the police executed the warrant may possibly have a significant impact on the state's prosecution of Nick. The minor child not allowing police in can very easily be hand-waved away as them (the kid) being responsible in the face of stranger danger. The police ramming their way into a property they haven't yet properly served with a warrant? Not so much.

Honestly, rushing entry when they know there are guns could have put the officers into unnecessary danger because Minnesota has a codified Castle Doctrine statuate. It's a different state jurisdiction (with a very different political will behind it), but Breonna Taylor's boyfriend famously settled a shootout with the police that he started when (if you believe the official narrative) the police botched the execution of a similar drug-related search warrant. 2 million bucks to a drug dealer, for a shootout he initiated, on grounds of self-defense, all because the because the cops hadn't yet established contact to serve the warrant before they tried to enter. It's the type of precedent that Nick can very easily translate to his own situation as a legal argument.

Pastor (in the jacket and tie) probably smelled the booze a mile away.
His problem won’t be quitting cocaine, that’s going to be child’s play compared to never picking up the alcohol again.
He could have avoided this downfall by simply getting some adderall like substance prescribed, but he literally picked one of the worst and most destructive stimulants to use daily.
The amount of content creators who take prescribed amphetamines to stream and then crash land at night with alcohol is insane.
He was just retarded enough to pick up Cocaine like it’s 1989.
If he continues to drink alcohol, he will be a mess for the rest of his life

I'm almost certain he will plead guilty in exchange for in lieu of conviction. So yes, he will most likely do so on the promises of completing an addiction program along with other probationary stipulations. He would be smart and I'm sure if he wisens up and gets proper council; he'll be advised to check into rehab as this will look good to the judge.

Denying possession is just to put yourself in the best position with the prosecutor to work out a favorable plea deal. They don't have to give you anything if you have already admitted guilt before the negotiations start.
I'm assuming that wouldn't help in sentencing to just fess up and hope they're lenient because you didn't plea it down and just accepted responsibility and begged for mercy?
