It looks like the charge is for possession of a substance on any of the schedules, not substances on all of them, unless everyone who is in custody had a full pharmacopeia on them.

Possess schedule 1,2,3,4 I guess is some way to classify what kind of drugs he was in possession of, but Possess Ammo/Any Firearm - User of Controlled sounds more like video game code than a criminal charge. Is the charge possession of a loaded firearm while also in possession of controlled substances?

Drugs are classified based on schedule, with each one denoting a different type/severity. Someone already posted an explainer, for the gun charge, pretty much. The exact language is:

Subdivision 1.Ineligible persons.​

The following persons shall not be entitled to possess ammunition or a pistol or semiautomatic military-style assault weapon...
(10) a person who:
(iii) is an unlawful user of any controlled substance as defined in chapter 152. The use of medical cannabis flower or medical cannabinoid products by a patient enrolled in the registry program or the use of adult-use cannabis flower, adult-use cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, or hemp-derived consumer products by a person 21 years of age or older does not constitute the unlawful use of a controlled substance under this item;
