For the past few years, I have seen women complain about America restricting birth control and it got me to wonder why is it so important for them to have sex. You don't need to have sex to survive and if you don't want a kid, abstinence works 100% of the time. Am I just retarded? I don't understand why they are so vehemently against it. Some of them act like it's The Handmaiden's Tale in real life. I might be missing a lot of context because I'm from Asia but if you're not sexually active, I assume you're not going to get affected by these proposed laws.

I do see more women talking about it but men also speak as though sex is a need. It takes two to tango after all. Maybe it's just an American thing since I don't see it much in other countries.
