But Mandy is in Texas, and there were no stores listed in Texas on the Wikipedia page as being part of the experimental expansion to the United States.
In other words, in all likelihood, the original poster was Canadian and therefore could NOT be "Mandy".
There is no evidence of "mandy" being in Texas. Nor does the linkedin profile contain any credible information. The stuff about working as a mechanic for Ford Motor Company doesn't make any sense because I can't think of a mechanic who would describe themselves that way.
The most likely candidate in the US that matches the name is Amanda Marie Karevicius is currently living in Kentucky. Being in Kentucky puts her within 4 hours or so (Colombus) of a La Senza store. Far but not impossible. I could only find one store in Ohio historically, but if there was a second in southern Ohio, it would increase the probably more.

Thanks to @Potatoherder and their amazing work documenting Nick's superchat/Rumble rants, I have with me an estimate of how much money Nick made through Rumble donos. I know spreadsheets aren't as sexy as finding the Catfish Man-D, but it does help put Nick's worth to Rumble further in perspective.
So, the first total is just the amount of money Nick has made from the Night show. The "96" Is how many streams had Rant data available to be totaled. Roughly $185 per stream is the average among those 96, and if he made roughly that much for the rest of the night streams his final take home as of December 13, 2023 is $29,045. That's not a bad chunk of change to pull out of the wallets of your audience, I just wonder if that's a high enough number for Rumble to want another round of "7 figure" dealings with Nick.
For fun I added up the Day streams from this year, 13/20 had data with an average haul of $313 per day. Assuming as before, he made roughly $6,260 across those 20 streams. Giving us a grand total of $35,305, again not bad but probably not good enough for Rumble when they already spend too much on their content creators.
All in all, this information combined with how inconsistent he is with streaming makes me believe Nick will not get as good of a deal this second time around. I do think he'll get one though, there's just enough value to keep him around at least one more year.

I am skeptical that Mandy is a man who has kept up a fake identity for fifteen years. It isn't particularly reasonable to accept that someone engaging in the activity of catfishing has managed to keep a consistent identity this entire time on the same platform without being outed before. That said, it is obvious that the pictures are fake. There is no other explanation for manipulating them in the way that way if they were just "old pictures".
I would submit that Mandy is likely female (or "female"), likely named Mandy, and likely from Israel. I think it is much more likely that she is a fat, ugly woman or a tranny who is attempting to pass off pictures she believed were too old/obscure to be tracked down to the original source as her own, to get attention from an internet based social group. In East Asia, BL also stands for "boy love", ie a homosexual.Also, I found a font that looks like the one used for Hedonism II, I've remade Nick's Logo and included the font in the zip with the spreadsheet if anyone wants it.

Before everybody here gets all crazy, it should be stressed there's no "smoking gun" Mandy is a dude. Yet. Personally, I'm 50/50 on what their gender is.
That said, this certainly does appear to be a catfish, and from what we've seen with prior catfishing, the possibility we're dealing with a dude definitely exists. Plus, MAN-D is too funny of a joke.
As far as the catfishing goes, what cinched it for me was when @Balldo's Gate was doing his research in preparation for his post, @Himedall All-seeing Waifu shared caps from Nick's Locals in which Mandy was suggesting she had taken these images from her potato phone.
Example:
As Balldo's Gate points out in his post, he came across the original unedited pictures that were actually posted on Reddit some seven years prior (if not earlier). The originals are of far higher quality, and were taken with a much better camera. In other words, she didn't drop her potato phone on her face in that picture. They are all originally part of a deliberate porn shoot (some of the images in the set are quite graphic, and those ones were not utilized on Locals).
Those images were then manipulated in a way to spoof a reverse image search and then uploaded to Nick's Locals to be fawned over. That's why this wasn't exposed earlier.
TL;DR: Nick and his Locals have been thirsting over somebody (gender indeterminate) posting old porn images and who went out of their way to try to obfuscate their origin. Coupled with the fact we have no confirmation anybody has heard "her" voice, and she has rebuffed Nick's efforts to meet up IRL, it's suspicious as all hell.
I can't put my hand on my heart a swear Mandy is a dude, but I think they could very well be. They could also be a troon, or fat chick, or any number of other things. They are not who they claim to be though.
For my money, Mandy turning out to be a dude would be the ultimate insult to the injury, but the initial injury already came in the form of Nick thirsting over this weirdo in the first place.
I would also point out that Nick's Locals used to shit on KF and claim "well, at least we have Mandy's epic tits." Congratulations. You have the tits of some amateur porn thot who is almost certainly not Mandy. The absolute state of Nick's current fanbase.

The thing is, even if Mandy weren't catfishing, what wife in a monogamous relationship (according to Nick) would put up with their husband publicly thirsting over another woman like he did? It shouldn't even matter what Mandy turns out to be.

I am completely confident that that person (who is married does not go by that last name anymore, and does not type anything like "Mandy" in a publicly available comment I found on social media) has no involvement in "Mandy K".
The puzzle is how the "Mandy K." name was chosen. Potentially, the person behind the "Mandy" account knew her in when she was in Shreveport, LA and stole her name, but is now in the DFW area in Texas. I could buy that.
5440.8 hours to be exact, and not only that, but "she" was an admin for what I guess was some sort of server of some kind?. Some sort of item trading thing. This was from 2014.
Yet despite being an admin for some server and getting over halfway to 10,000 hours in a a single PC game, "she" is apparently too technologically stupid to figure out voice chat on Discord:
How is this possible? Literal worse case, you install Discord on your phone because your mic situation on your computer is scuffed. My conclusion is that "she" couldn't voice chat because "she" has a male voice. These two facts together make me conclude it's 90% likely it's a man,
Oh, not to mention that it was someone who seemingly knew they needed to fuck around with the photos they stole to circumvent reverse image searching. "She" is not as technologically challenged as claimed.
