I fully agree there and I'm happy Muta and Karl brought this up. The arguments that Jirard was stealing the money based on what Muta and Karl showed in their videos just don't click for me is all.
I didn't say he's too rich to be corrupt, but that it's literal pennies for him and I usually see people at his level of income and fame getting much larger bribes and stealing more than that. Also, the IRS is part of the same corrupt sphere. How is snitching to the IRS any good and how will it fix the situation in any way? Isn't it better if he actually donates extra money to the charities rather than pay fines to the IRS?
Jirard isn't some SBF tech guy, he's a dumb fat slob playing videogames all day. It's easy for him to overspend on the charity events and end up with less money in the charity than should have gone if he'd been more sensible with it.
Is there a sheet somewhere of all the years and all the spending on the events and etc that Muta&karl found anywhere for people to look over?

Now that he put out his plausible deniability cope response, if he just never speaks publicly about this ever again and immediately returns to his usual schedule of vids, presuming the govt doesn’t get involved this would probably be mostly forgotten in a few months.
Suing is the exact way to keep this whole controversy on the top of everyone’s minds for a year if not more. Why even threaten it. It is the worst possible move short of straight up saying he did it. When has a lolsuit ever delivered justice to the agressor or “resolved” the issue. All it does is give legs to often times trivial issues far past what they would have normally. It’s because of a lolsuit that we are still debating a podcast breakup from 2016 with 3 hour videos being made about it in 2023!!!
The only way anyone is still gonna care or be talking about this scam in 2 years is if he sues, regardless of if he wins. Crazy the family is this arrogant and retarded.

Out of curiosity I checked the dislikes on Jirard's response video yesterday and it was at 53%. I just checked back again and it jumped up to 61%. It's not looking good for Jirard.
