Finished the video, no summary because I wasn't paying full attention but holy fuck is Muta rambly. This video could've been 30 minutes long if that.

He releases another part of the call (Around 34 minutes I believe) and asks for Karl and Jirard's consent to release the entire thing. I'm sure Karl will consent but I wonder if Jirard will? The little snippet he released here does not fit his new narrative (but to be fair, the part we already saw didn't fit it either), and having it public doesn't sound like a great idea when you're throwing around lawsuits and openly asking for an audit, at the same time not releasing it without a good excuse will just make people think he has something to hide. A very lose-lose situation for Jirard here.

Other than that it's kind of just Muta ranting for 55 minutes straight. If you don't have the time to watch that, wait for Karl's video when it comes out, he's a lot better at keeping things to the point.
 
that new phone clip is pretty damning, since it pretty much says they only moved it cause of the allegations.

so we can surmise, no allegations, no moving. No amount of boohooing about his dead mom, or throwing his family under the bus will change that

The main thing to highlight is that Muta wants permission from Karl and Jirard to release the full Discord call. Other then that, it's what most of us already knew already. The "evidence" provided is useless and Jirard is a manipulative fraudster.
 
The new snipped from the call is really the cherry on top. We now have a confirmation that there were fights within the family over the charity money. Did they use the charity as backup money ? Did they just fight over which organization will receive the money. This is getting better and better.
 
watching this response, im' not too familiar with the guy's style/vids, but why does he change clothes/views like every 20 mins? Are the other ones clips from his other videos? or are they inserts cause he did this video peicemeal?

EDIT: seems like the latter since the last 10 mins he's addressing the allegations made about him.

Already someone tried to call Karl some sort of huwite supremacist because he is platinum-blonde and was using a pic of himself in a suit (wedding suit, but cancel tard didn't knew that)

My hunch, and this is nothing but me guessing is that the idea of "restructuring" has been an ongoing debate for some time. Maybe they would transfer the funds to a different good cause (why? I don't know) or maybe start some new business venture. The siblings seem keen on the startup trend.

I’m starting to think Jirard is trying to distance himself from his family and OHF, and praying to god he can still have his YouTube career and Indieland in some fashion. I think they fucked him over now.
 
What was the endgame anyways? 600k is a lot for your average person but over 10 years, it just doesn't seem worth risking your skin and "fame" over. I doubt he's hurting that much financially.
Jesus these people need to learn that some autist will find your secrets.
 
I still think he and his family are hiding something. Due to the fact, That Jirad really doesn't provide any bank statements or further filings on the amount of money mention in his apology. It just reeks dude trust me. If they really wanted people not to be sceptical anymore they would provide that info. But, instead he just throws numbers without no backing it up.
