There's no way this is real. Respect is earned. If somebody is a fucking pedophile I reserve the full right to insult them all I want. This isn't a courtroom where I have to pretend like you deserve some semblance of respect because the law says so. Don't want to be misgendered? Don't be a pedophile.
This kind of argument might have the smallest semblance of competency if the person being insulted wasn't engaging in arguably the most disgusting deviancy imaginable, but they are. Read through all of this (unfortunately). If you want a summary, it's 95% saying "Ruben replied to so-and-so on Twitter and they said something I don't like" or "people in Ruben's replies said something I don't like." It's not even at the level of misconstruing or misrepresenting Ruben's actual words. It's literally almost entirely screenshots of reaction gifs, images, and one-liners of randoms who were replying or have replied to Ruben on Twitter.
