The biggest tell is that he starts out describing stereotypical mushroom effects you see in movies and on TV and not the far less prominent ones that aren't described in popular media , which would be the body load or the physical feelings of feeling lightweight or "off," then followed by euphoria and talkativeness, which he'd feel long before having any perceptual effects or visual distortions. And there's no way Boogie had the discipline to go in on an empty stomach, which would further reduce the effectiveness of the mushrooms. He's so full of shit, 15-20 minutes in and even Eugenia Cooney wouldn't feel anything. I doubt he only ate the one, that was probably just filmed for the documentary, they show him holding a small pile which is probably what he actually took, Boogie wouldn't stop at an opportunity to eat one of anything. The roommate he is mentioning is another fat guy in his 40s named Chad. He never appears on camera, although one image of him exists, as well as recordings from the police during their welfare checks to Boogie he calls SWATTings.

The story goes that Boogie was homeless in the 90s and Chad gave him a place to stay, and then one day Chad showed up to Boogie and told him he owed him, and so he moved in and they've been living together ever since, including when he was married to his ex-wife.

He has flip-flopped back and forth between Chad working, not working and being disabled. On one stream last year Boogie said "Chad is disabled, I take care of him." This is despite him constantly saying that Boogie is so fat he can't do chores (I'm not kidding) and that he pays Chad $1500 and buys him food every month to do his laundry and walk the dogs and shit. I believe he made the claim that Chad was disabled either a few months before or after begging for money, and showing his expense for paying him.

Obviously probably all of this is lies with the exception of him doing chores for Boogie because I do honestly think he refuses to do chores even at 50 years old (he literally has his 20 year old girlfriend bring him Mountain Dew for fuck's sake), so we'll never know why Chad is there and why he didn't leave after he invited some stranger from the internet to his house and shot a gun at him. He must have to put up with Boogie constantly being shirtless, smelling like shit, doing tasks for him probably including really nasty things involving him physically/his leftover messes, and always having 19 year old hookers over. It makes you wonder what the truth is of all this.

I mean imagine being this guy coming home from work, and you see your 50 year old roommate shirtless with a young prostitute that isn't the one you saw in this situation last week? He might actually have some form of blackmail on him, it is possible also that he threatens suicide if he leaves. The whole situation is just very fucking strange, and both Chad's refusal to be part of Boogie's online presence and Boogie's refusal to detail anything about him at all, are very puzzling. But from what we can tell, he is Boogie's live in man servant.

Oh, and apparently Boogie tried to kill himself by pissing and shitting himself in a bed for days until Chad saved his life. Make of that what you will.

Everyone in Boogie's life serves him as an avenue to escape criticism. The Sammy shield activates when Boogie is having a bad day (Aka people are drilling him because he said / did something retarded). The Chad shield gets thrown up whenever Boogie feels the need to defend himself for lifestyle choices.

Not only this, but majority of the documentary rubs people the wrong way.

Even after begging his fans for money last year and getting roasted for it, Boogie still had a lot of people in his corner cheering him on this year. Now look at his reputation. Keem gives Boogie another opportunity with this Lolcow Podcast, but Boogie decides to be as insufferable as possible. So much so that people now love Wings of Redemption, one of the most trolled people in Youtube history.
