Games you think have perfect soundtracks. - Post 'em, boys and girls.

The NES Pictionary soundtrack is pretty great. It's one of the better soundtracks from games that are otherwise utterly forgettable.

I've always really liked the music from Super Castlevania IV; I think it's the most atmospheric of the Castlevania series. The reprise of the first level Simon's Theme when you fight Dracula's final form is one of my favorite soundtrack moments in any game, like everything has come full-circle: it's time to seal the deal and complete the hero's journey.

Wasteland 3 is pretty near perfect.

Path of Exile has (or used to have, I quit playing like 5 years ago) some pretty good tracks, especially around the Delve time period, but there's a lot of generic tracks too. None are bad really, but the standouts are really good.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Explorers (of Sky in particular)
PMD in general has great soundtracks, even Gates to Infinity.

There is not a single bad song in both Octopath Traveler games. I'll link my favorite, Battle at Journey's End. Unfortunately Square Enix is having a copyright slapfight with youtubers and I can't archive videos to save my life, so if this one goes down, sorry.

Cuphead, for obvious reasons, Disco Elysium for autistic reasons, and Katamari Damacy because video games are supposed to be fun and it always seems like someone forgot to tell the OST

Okay obviously I'm gonna post these:

Now that we got those out of the way...

Honestly, Kenshi's soundtrack is really good. You rarely hear them in game though, which sucks

Morrowind remains the best out of all Bethesda titles

Sam & Max Save the World's OST rocks, we need more jazz in games. You could choose any Sam and Max game, they all have good soundtracks
