I’m not aware of therapy ever successfully disarming a cluster b personality disorder. I think the hope is generally just to blunt some of the symptoms.

Not everyone who experiences this kind of trauma becomes a Cluster-B. I'm going to power-level and say that some serious generational trauma is in my blood and while 3 of my mom's 5 siblings are certified cluster-b wackjobs, two of them are not (and neither is my mother). And therapy helped prevent them passing that trauma down to us. So... 50/50 chance that Rozy is either cluster b or just fucked in the head, maybe?
