i have seen a bunch of people do this to a bunch of streamers on Kick and nobody has ever gotten banned, Kick barely gives a fuck because they arent running ads

the only time i ever seen kick staff do something is when ahrelevant (desTINY orbiter) got viewbotted from 900 to 20k in less than a minute then dropped to 2k and back to 20k again for almost the entire stream

kick staff came in the chat and typed something along the lines of "we detected suspicious activity regarding your view counts" and then the bots stop coming after that
