If there were restrictions, he wouldn't be online doing what he's done already.

Chris has had periods of downtime before. He certainly has had people tell him to keep a low profile online over the past 2 years. Chris also may realize that he'll get hate like never before with everyone calling him a mother fucker.

But, even if Chris returns, I doubt he'll be interesting. Even before his arrest, he was effectively an old cat lady babbling about positivity, tarot cards, Goddess nonsense, along with his usual drawings.
 
Am no lawyer, but think the tard defense should be used for the sorts of people who are functioning at the level of, say, a toddler - dude somehow manages to get out unsupervised, drops pants, proceeds to piss on random passers-by in broad daylight*. Fair enough, some people are unlucky enough to have such messed up brains that no matter how many times you try to teach them social norms it just never gets through, so yeah, makes sense for cases like that, but not for someone like Chris who's at least vaguely aware of what's right or wrong, and knows porking your relatives, especially elderly ones who can barely fend for themselves anymore, is wrong. He knows this because he tried to hide the fact his "new lover" was his own mother, and later on denied that "soul bonding" involved anything more than holding hands and sharing a bed. I mean there's no definitive proof as to whether mama dearest consented or not, but surely this could've been handled better.

* I don't remember if I actually read about this happening or if it was just some comedy skit, but it's not outside the realm of possibility that someone more mentally retarded than Chris might do it.

1: in regards to restrictions I’m not suggesting he has a tard wrangler proof reading everything he sends out. I’m more speaking generally. Curfews , perhaps limited internet access in general, etc

It seems he is basically in an assisted living situation which means the amount of control they would have likely wouldn’t be that extensive but we don’t ultimately know the details of his situation

2: as I mentioned earlier it’s the combination of factors. Two years is a long time to be in jail and in a mental institution. He was cut off rather harshly from his online enablers, from his protected little world , even cut off from his last family member . On top of that he had regular medication for a long portion of that including hrt (which heavily impacts libido) and who knows what else.

Point is it’s possible some of the crazy was broken atleast for now. It doesn’t sound like he has had major altercations outside yet but it is likely at some point someone’s going to have a very public freak out on Chris and how he will respond will be telling. Particularly if it happens at one of his new game stores he frequents

3: well he does seem to be a bit more back to basics now. As I mentioned it would be fascinating to me to see some old school Chris chan retelling all the shit that has happened through his comics . Would give this forum something to interpret that isn’t schizo Jesus letters

I'm not entirely sure cutting him off worked for Chris. We have a lot of the letters and other correspondence and the isolationism enforced onto Chris for the majority of his stay seemed to have no effect other than hyperfocus his attention to self-insert into literally anything he could find. Chiefly; the Bible, and we got him amending his messiah complex to claim he was legitimately Jesus resurrected or something. Especially given the 'payer' he asked his disciples or whomever to recite last year because he really wanted out of incarceration.

I can buy this theory based on Barb's creepy behavior over the years. The spooning is suspicious as fuck and I don't care what anyone says.

I don't however think there was any spoken consent when it came to the incest. I think maybe one day it just kind of happened and Barb being so old and barely cognitive mistook her own son pounding her for Bob in some type of semi lucid flashback. Chris probably just went with it. Not that it mattered anyway.

Again this was over two years is the thing. As I recall there was a bunch of letters shortly into incarceration. Then chris got dragged into loony bin for like half a year. He came back out followed by a couple of low energy letters reiterating jesus talk.
Then very nearly nothing. It was assumed that his ability to send and recieve letters had been harshly curtailed but the relative silence has continued since his release.

Its also not just the cutting off but the combination of things. We dont know the timeline of his medications and its important to realise that if some of his medications have had impact on his lucidity that would in term cause him to evaluate his situation differently. Imagine coming out of a coom daze and realising you have been in jail for 2 years for fuckin your mum lol

Maybe that prayer worked god works in mysterious ways after all , maybe this is the final act to some great prank played by laughing gods in the dark. Or maybe they saw a deranged motherfucker who thinks he’s a computer god and Jesus and said both are too mentally incompetent to be guilty.

The only source we have for that is Chris himself, and he's not exactly detail oriented. The exact words that she used are not known, though we know that she was angry with him. It's likely that she just blurted it out without thinking, as she was angry with Chris for blowing money while they were dealing with the court battle with Michael Snyder.
 
Questions:
1. Is there still some sort of protective order on Barb?
2. Does he have to follow some sort of court-ordered guidelines in regards to interacting with people online (i.e. no personal messages, conversations, or posting certain content)?
3. What will happen to the Sonichu Temple when Barb kicks the bucket? Next of kin to Barb is Cole but I doubt he wants the retard lair.

Plus if a case is dismissed because somebody didn't commit the crime, they don't sit in jail for two years and go through a deferred disposition program. This was the only way to get Chris into a group home, if he was convicted and ended up a RSO he would be well and truly fucked in that regard.

What's funny is, for a long time, Chris was only looking at a misdemeanor incest charge. Either his lawyer or the courts believed he was "crazy" and sent him for all those tests and evaluations. Only after he passed with flying colors did they boot it up to a felony charge and Heilberg was forced to throw down the autism card.

However if he had gotten out on the misdemeanor only, he would have gotten out but wouldn't have the safety net like he got with the felony - deferral disposition. It's bonkers how he failed upwards with this.

I'm gonna have to disagree. I think it's much more likely it was not consensual and here's why. Imo, if Barb really wanted it they would have started having sex in 2011 shortly after Bob died. Chris has always been horny, and their inappropriateness predated Bob's death, so why didn't they start soul bonding right after he died? The fact that it didn't happen until nearly 10 years later is very suspicious to me. And then there's Barbs age. While it's not completely unheard of for a 79 year old woman to still be sexually active, most however aren't since that's well after menopause. Imo Chris really lucked out on the charges.

1. I don't think we know just yet.
2. Highly unlikely unless the group home he's at sets guidelines.
3. Foreclosed on most likely. The mortgage is over 100k and Barb is penniless.
