Kylie went to see Barbie. I haven't seen it yet, but it is funny how often I either see it described as a "blow against patriarchy" or "an anti-woke masterpiece that parodies SJWism". Naturally, Kylie liked it and is clearly in the "blow against patriarchy" camp. Brilliant marketing, Hollywood, as I will probably see it when I normally wouldn't give a fuck.
Also, I find it hilarious that radfems have attacked Barbie for years for "shaping young girls self-image" when the typical buyer isn't even in the preteen "sexual image" stage of development and is more in the "destroy clothes, replace dress with paper towel dress, cut off Barbie's hair, and color with permanent markers, then leave buried upside down at the beach" stage of child development. Or they take off her head and swap it with their brother's Batman doll and make Barbie Batman.

50mcg = 0.05mg
The usual transdermal dose of estradiol for MTF transexuals is 0.1–0.4mg twice weekly (see https://www.bumc.bu.edu/endo/clinics/transgender-medicine/guidelines/).
So, Kyle receives 50% of the lowest clinical/effective dose for transition. Estradot is for menopausal women. The highest-dosed patch is 100mcg (=0.1mg), which is the lowest dose for transition (see https://www.medicines.org.uk/emc/product/7226/smpc).
So yes, it will have very little effect. I suspect they gave him the weakest Estradot available (50mcg) because he is a retard, and they didn't want him to throw a retard fit. It's easier to give him what is effectively a placebo dose than to try and talk him out of it.
