Based on Pat's previous court appearance I'm putting my money on him going to jail in the 24th.

I'd ask if he was stupid but his well known GPA already explains it. How does he not understand he isn't giving an epic armchair psychologist speech to his enemy but is just giving them what they want, which is a bizarre speech that will get posted online for everyone to stare and laugh at in wonder.

He'd risk reversal on appeal if he didn't. It probably wouldn't happen because the dude put his own shitty behavior on public display, but once the judge put him in a tard cage it was a good idea to do that.

Repeating the same thing over and over and expecting different results is the definition of insanity, and is a quote attributed to Einstein. Maybe he said it or maybe it's like with Yogi Berra who did not say half the things he said. However, repeating the same thing over and over and perceiving different results would be insanity. Just repeating them is stupidity, because it shows a complete inability to learn.
Patso is stupid. Not dumb. Dumb people can learn, and do learn, albeit slowly. Patso does not learn. He seems vaguely aware of this and is actively hostile to attempts to teach him. This is a common attribute of white trash. "You think you're better than Me?!" Just read through some of his twitter encounters with normal people.
Does Pigman Pat think he can post bail after the contempt citation? There is no bail for contempt. He'll stay jailed until the debtor's exam.
A reminder of what the Motion for Contempt asks for. I'm guessing Patso gets confinement and has to pay the costs. The daily fines will come later, if Patso remains defiant, or if Nikki drags her flabby white trash ass in producing the documents required for the debtor's exam.

I'm not so sure about "not even this guy". There's a lot in the exhibits to that motion that ought to convince Sosnay that it is the only way to get Piggy to comply. I hope Patso's recent reveal that he and his slattern deliberately decided not to go through with the debt amortization plan, but neglected to inform the trustee or anyone else comes to the judge's attention. The trustee's motion to dismiss is in the exhibits.
Then there is Patso's inevitable truculence and probably some lying during his court appearance that ought to seal the deal.
We'll know soon enough. This assumes he even appears. He's got something so stupid planned that we cannot possibly imagine it.

That would be what would do it. Otherwise he'll do what he's done in the past and sternly order him to do it, maybe fine him, and make it clear that the next buck-breaking will be worse.
If he doesn't appear, the usual response would be an immediate bench warrant. Usually those don't immediately get served. Although the judge can actually order that immediately done, they usually don't. This guy doesn't seem to like the court being disrespected, though.
I suppose he could also offer cause on paper before the hearing which might result in it being cancelled. Not seeing that, not from Piggy.

Honestly, I think the odds are higher one of the Pests goes to prison and not Piggy. Some funster is going to try secretly recording it, or maybe pregame at Hooligans/that other bar Fatrick likes and make silly faces at Pat to try and get a response. Personally I hope they do since Pat's fans like Big Dick Andy and Dan are part of the entertainment.

He'll try relitigating the previous case once, Sosnay will say "Sir, don't do that" and Piggy will slink back and won't act up the rest of the hearing and will be on autopilot "yes your honor, no your honor" as he dreams of slamming back Miller Lite at the bar. Like all lolcows, he's an absolute coward when faced with authority and if your average MKE cop knows they're dealing with a tard, so will Judge Sosnay. So expect at most some fines and Quasi's lawyers to have to drag him in for Round 2 when Tublinson doesn't pay.

I'm inclined to agree. Finally listened to the 4 part podcast about him and the timing on the swats is weird. In one of them he mentions the number of times they've been swatted in 11 months. But then later on he's talking about 17ish of them being in the last week. Almost half the times he's been "swatted". That seems really weird to me unless he's doing it himself and ramping up as the hearing looms.

I mean we are all just speculating but, I'd imagine the conversations will include something along the lines of :
Sosnay: Mr. Tomlinson, we have just listened a recording where the party calls the ruling "illegitimate", is that you on this recording?
Fatty: um.... well... yes, yes your honer it is.
Sosnay: Do you feel the previous ruling is in fact illegitimate?
Fatty is either going to stick to his guns, or just lie to Sosnay, pretend to see the error of his ways. He can't have it both ways.
I really really have to assume Sosnay is going to reference his prior agreement he made to repair the financial damage he inflicted
Sosnay: Mr Tomlinson, you agreed to make make payments of the amount of X dollars, to be paid every month, did you not?

Sosnay: I am seeing here you did not make any of these payments. What is your reason for failing to do this?
Fatty is going to have to play his hand very carefully when this question comes up. I don't think Sosnay is going to tolerate him trying to open a closed hearing and attempt to re-argue it but, I think he's going to try anyway. If he wasn't so unfathomably stupid he could claim he just didn't have the money or had some kind of financial hardship and give Sosnay a reasonable answer instead of "I didn't feel it was right". If he wasn't so fucking dumb, he wouldn't be putting it all over social media he has the money to pay Qausi. If he was smarter he'd hide his assets, such as selling his car to his parents for $1 and similar but, he wont. I think we all want him to have some kind of tard-fit, adult tantrum but, realistically he's just going to hang his head, lie to Sosnay, tell the judge he's going to be a "good boy" from here on out, insist he'll pay the money he owes. I hope Sosnay doesn't believe him, forces him to give up some kind of asset. If I were Quasi I would politely suggest to the judge he has multiple means of transportation and works from home, seizing one of his vehicles would not prevent him from transportation too and from work. I really want to see the judge pry the keys for that rustang out of his hands. The best part would be the court assigning value to the car.
