It has always seemed like Fishtank would end with at least one lawsuit and we might be seeing the beginning of that now.

Nothing is going to happen. I think Big Peggy has multiple alarms and notifications set anytime Sam tweets. I'd miss half of Sam's career if it wasn't for folks like her.

In the end it will amount to nothing. The FT TV show will be out. WP2 will be out. FTS2 will probably be in progress. Sam will keep getting away with it and it will be funny.

I don't think it's real either. Doc has gotten close to cancellation twice for less offenses. It's a shame since I think they'd actually vibe well together in their performance personas. If Sam were less radioactive, I could see Doc jumping at it.

He should do it anyways, he's got to be near "fuck you" levels of money, and he's going to be an irrelevant internet nostalgia act in a few years if he doesn't change it up.

You always get the impression that Nick has tons of friends and connections because he’s far more personable than Sam, the only connections Sam has are his lost boy syndrome Redditor audience who constantly embarrass him and preemptively burn his bridges & even sadder than that he has to pay zoomers minimum wage to be his “employees” and yes men, and he can only scrape the bottom of the barrel of what’s available by finding the most downied, drug addled, mentally retarded, milquetoast white trash imaginable. I get the impression he has no actual real life friends, even the fuckpigs he keeps locked away out of the public eye are just a means to an end for him, a wet and willing hole. Even at the start of PGL (before the Idubbzz catastrophe made them millions) he had to PAY Nick to show up and dance for the camera. It’s really pitiful.

There are many layers to Sam's quality imo:

-His graphic design and artistry: genius

-His trolling: pretty funny

-His work on fishtank: memorable, but not the main reason for its acclaim.

-His sketch comedy: 50/50. Some good some bad (can be funny or preachy)

-His takes on livestreams: retarded.

To me, his comedy is a coinflip. Either really funny and outta left field, or he just goes on some edgy, retarded nonsense that 15 y.o. boys eat up. At his best, he is an unapologetic troll that loves to stir shit and confuse people, as well as a genuinely talented artist with a unique style. At his worst, he is an smug, arrogant and jaded hack that has been on a feedback loop with what his fans expect him to be: the le funny 4chan comedian. Can't say I didn't like World Peace, though.
