I really want terfs to start reframing the "life saving surgery" rhetoric in a new light by advocating for it for other types of body dysphoria.

its not black fabric, it looks like gauze packing. which raises more questions. how long has that been in there? packing should not be left anywhere for log as its a breeding ground for infection. The black colour is all the drainage and filth left on it rotting - the smell must be absolutely horrendous and he's lucky he's not had a major infection from that. His wounds otherwise look they've been healing for a while so it may have been in there for ages. That is quite serious error from the surgeon / wound care teams. Maybe they just didn't fancy fishing around in there.

I feel like YouTube can't outright ban detrans/GQ videos like the ones below because they don't outright break TOS (though they are certainly against the programming) so instead they soft block or de-prioritize them in the algorithm.

I know I'm not supposed to make call-to-actions on here, but I think this may be a good exception. A few hundred of us (already juggling VPNs) give these and others some watch time, likes, and maybe even (sensible, non troll-y) comments to get them to the normies. Just a thought...

Normally a sub that active would be reinstated very quickly with so many people willing to be moderators, but it's been down for three full days with no action from the redditrequest admins. That's very weird, so I wonder what shenanigans are going on with the tranny jannies.

The big clotty red stuff in first pic is just to cover my clot to keep it healing right.

Second pic shows what's causing me 10/10 pain. For thos ehwo don't know they put a stint inside the vaginal canal, and they wrap it in something like gauze or something and then put a condom around it. The stitches holding it in and making it EXTREMELY painful. Every breath I take, every move I make; EVERY step I take, this bitch is watching me ready to hurt me.

Seriously though, I'm super happy, she looks really good for 5 days. I'm still really swollen so ice ice ice! I'll keep you all updated!!
 
We won't be seeing r/phallo for awhile as it's not eligible for unbanning for at least 30 days. It'll be reinstated ASAP though as many TiFs are volunteering as mods.
When d00leys left the other moderator hadn't been active for months so I'm not surprised that it eventually got auto-banned.

Still, the stented amhole looks like a shotgun wound. It would seem that having a stent in an area that is prone to a lot of movement and shifting is just asking for a whopping infection.

I know modern medicine was essentially born from feats of trial and error, hodgepodge McGuyvering; but in the end, it seemed to not only have rhyme and reason but also bear the fruit of sophisticated technique and equipment.

This, on the other hand... this looks like a hail Mary attempt at getting something working by any means. Anybody who has a workshop can relate to the analogy of this being similar to a patch job from all the spare parts you have lying around to keep something temporarily operating.

How long is it left in for I wonder? Condoms have lubricants on that are irritant. They are also impervious to moisture and so any stuff that sloughs off is going nowhere. Maybe that’s in some ways a good thing as it soaking and infesting a gauze stuffed in a wound is a bad thing, but at the same time it’s constantly shifting veeeeey slightly to irritate the wound, and would inhibit drainage. I’m constantly amazed at how experimental all this is,

Okay, since we have new people joining (or lurking) all the time, and this thread is kinda beefy, I feel like we often need to show how a surgery is performed. Thus, I went ahead and watched, downloaded, edited (with random and probably inappropriate musical beds) and have now uploaded an "educational" video on this cutting edge, innovative, and most importantly lifesaving procedure.


It gets to a point where there is no undoing it; like, there's no going back. I know we refer to the surgeons as butchers, but I'll acknowledge the skills (and balls) it takes (quite literally) to perform these acts. And hope that you don't get someone who serially malpractices or is just a lowkey sociopath, and straight up just smooth you out down there.
