She did have a yorkie around the same time she got Data, so she had two dogs for awhile. That yorkie disappeared without a trace and she never mentioned if she rehomed it or it got sick or what happened. Just gone.

In a "work-out" video she recently posted, she's seen "walking" data, the poor dog wanted to go faster and almost yanked himself with the leash because she was the one setting the pace of the walk.

Last video: she says she's been going to Houston to see "a doctor who specializes in obesity-related disorders like lipidema." The bar is in hell but it's significant that she's admitting aloud that 1.) she is obese, 2.) she has health conditions as a result of this.
She also says the Houston fat doc has a multidisciplinary team she's working with, including dieticians.
I've read this whole thread. It documents a relentless downward spiral. This is one of the very very few legit blips/glimmers of hope we've seen in 1168 pages.

Funny that she made a vid to declare she is NOT going to Dr Now— she can’t even bring herself to name him— but it was the first thought of both her fans and Kiwis alike when a great big fat person declares they’re going to Houston.
She likely exhausted all of her options there/got told no too many times.

We all know its a haes doctor she got from the haes doctor list. Not a real doctor that will tell her to do anything real to help her. THAT is why she had to go all the way to houston.

I have a tinfoil that will earn me some rainbows, but what if she IS getting weight loss surgery and couching it on her page like she's doing it all herself by making healthy changes? I'm suspicious by her pretending she has no idea who Dr. Now is and how she "thinks" he's on one of those weight-loss shows "or something." Her tone and body language set off my bullshit alarm. She's also a known liar, so it wouldn't surprise me at all if she got a stomach-stapling surgery and pretended she's losing the weight all by herself.
Also WTF was that demented scoutmaster uniform and what does it have to do with Spongebob?

No bariatric surgeon is going to give her surgery without significant weight loss and lifestyle change before surgery. Included in “lifestyle change” is cease smoking for 6 months (they can test that although it only shows use in the past 10 days) and cease drinking. Her liver will be fucked at the moment whether it’s alcoholic liver disease or NAFLD. Any surgeon will be watching her liver closely because thats actually the really important organ and most likely to be damaged during bariatric surgery. If she is successfully working towards WLS then we should see it in her skin.
