I remember this one time, years ago, I had a friend of mine, who, as part of a joke, entered my living room with his shirt pulled up over his head and did the Cornholio routine. At this point my mother walked over, and hugged him faux-crying, going "I'M SO PROUD!!"

It appears that Nora is some sort of catchment or focal point for the "perverted, dim witted troons" of the online world. To go with your fly analogy: Nora is some sort of super turd that pulls in the "special" flies from miles around.
Nora has apparently cornered the market for bearded, autistic faux MtF transsexuals. This is Nora's accomplishment.
