Tom Kenny does more than the same exact voice every time. You'd just have to model Tara once.

She has a little range. Her Batgirl voice and her Harley Quinn voice are different enough to work. On the other hand her Harley Quinn voice sounds like she's doing a "sexy Timmy Turner" bit.

Tom Kenny is awesome though. He has a surprisingly great range.

When you hire Patrick Warburton you know your getting him for his specific voice. But Warburton knows how to work with it and does different tones with his voice. That it works.

Everyone hires both H. Jon Benjamin and Patrick Warburton for the obvious reason. They hire the two, because they ARE the two.

They have voices that could be described as iconic.

Then there's voice actors like Kevin Conroy, who had incredible range in the few things he did that weren't Batman, but his Batman was so iconic he ended up pigeonholed into doing that same voice all the time anyway (I think he was happy about it though).

I remember watching MadTV in the 90's as a kid; Phil LaMarr was always the hyper UPS delivery guy in my mind, fairly common voice. The his name comes up in the credits of MGS2. Wait, whose he play? Vamp... Is it that Phil LaMarr? Holy shit it is!

It was about the same as having Bender from Futurama and FFX Wakka being the same person. The range some people have is amazing.
