It's almost Valentine's day. I saw one of those "friend zone doesn't exist" post on Facebook. I mean why would you be friends with someone who didn't reciprocate your feelings? It's directed towards men btw.

I suspect a large number of especially males simply decided to drop out of the social contract, retreat to their mancaves and start consooming copious amounts of plastic trash, including plastaslop that was and is still branded as "food" by the naive. So yeah, it's the depressed that realized that nothing really matters because all avenues of contributing in a meaningful way has been plastered over with fraudulent shit or have been closed off entirely. I can't even blame them, given how shitty and clownish the economic setup has become. Why should men contribute, like, at all?

Talk about making an issue out of nothing. Plenty of actors and actresses have lines they won't cross. Plenty of actresses won't do topless scenes, and there's a famous male actor whose name escapes me right now who also won't do topless scenes.

I am no prude, but I agree, by the way, that there's way too much sex in movies these days. There's even a name for it: The HBO Effect. It's called that because HBO pushed the limits on nudity, and it became expected. But frankly a lot of times nudity or graphic (simulated) sex substitutes for good writing.
