This One Piece game, on paper, is exactly what he wants: Long, slow, turn based, easy JRPG he can fill time with for months while raking in the money from his stupid dents. Not too far off with the last point, when he played Pirate warriors 1 he called Luffy the Monkey King. He said he stopped around Skypeia so like 90% of the series he's not going to know about, He won't know Franky or Brook, he won't know gear 2nd, hell he won't even know what the sunny is.

He's totally going to cringe at Nami's happiness punch attack.

IIRC he also complained about realism somewhere around the Merry and Sogeking part because he was losing to a boss. He also lost to the Impel Down boss a lot and complained a lot there.

Both of these things are so out of the realm of possibility.. but it would have to be the first one.

Khet has probably eaten herself into infertility for one, Phil probably has no T, no sex drive, ED and his swimmers are probably as lazy as him.
And they would have to be sleeping in the same room.. so basically impossible.
