But they aren't, the issue is that Arelion was the last upstream, now there's nothing left outside of norway (altibox) and those peering directly with terrahost (which isn't physically possible for a lot of ISPs).

What's going on? Had to change location again to Netherlands for the VPN. Tested with my own ISP address and it seems fine, but like 80% of the VPN locations are not working.
