I think one of my favorite parts of this is how he's claiming he marked it as a parody account in his banner, which is significantly harder for a computer to detect than if it was actual text. These bluecheck name changes are almost certainly being scanned for by a bot, and the bot isn't going to detect some ms paint image banner when its looking for actual text in the bio or name.
 
I hope this is a timed suspension, as funny as it is I hope Elon keeps to his idea of taking permas off the table for most things.

This might not apply to Ethan specifically if he still has Susan on speed dial, but if these lefties are fleeing Twitter or immolating their accounts for the virtue signal, they are cutting themselves off from YouTube's almost entirely Twitter-based support system.

the thing that gets me the most about this is that lets say the roles were reversed. he would be furious that people were impersonating him and saying bad stuff about him. just like when people called out his "joke" about ben shapiro dude cant stand getting called out for being just as shitty as the people he claims to be against. honestly this whole elon owning twitter thing has been pretty hilarious so far. so many people are upset their little echo chamber got messed up.

I disagree, Old H3H3 would have clowned hard on current H3H3. His most popular videos back then (besides things like Vape Nation) were about:
Look at the title of the last one, "Crazy SJW Gets Triggered Ft. Hugh Mungus", and try to imagine '22 Ethan saying anything like that. His content used to be comedy and then drifted into reacting to bluehaired individuals, where he'd call them out for their lunacy.

Was he always a snake? Perhaps, but the rubicon was crossed as soon as he crossed the border into LA. His NY content (feat. Jontron of all people) was classic 2013-15 youtube content imo.
 
Honestly he should consider himself lucky, I don't think it would be too hard to find a jury that would find him guilty of slander considering he was using the real first and last name, picture, and a verification check mark to post highly damaging commentary.
