I think you'd first have to clarify which side a transgender furry would fight on, because that is not a hypothetical scenario.
Trannies have a corperate media shield and every troon is automatically enlisted into the online militia, i dont think furries have the same kind of support or drive.

However, reality is not a disconnected empty battlefield and trannies absolutely win because all the special interest that benefit/profit from them. Furries would probably be somewhat defended in clown world, but they would be gunned down like the dogs they wish they were by government firepower for daring to challenge their chosen consoomers.
The real question is to which side do the furry trannys pledge loyalty?
