A number of threads have mentioned getting blocked by Lucas despite no direct interaction, far too many to quote or reply to. There are tools to block by liking or retweeting any tweet or reply that an account holder designates. It is also possible to block merely on account of following another account that person designates.

Lindsay Ellis did this before heading for the briar patch. Lucas is not going through each twitter account and blocking by hand (I don't think). I do think he or his "team" are compiling lists on twitter and elsewhere...
