I think I read someone here mention that at good hospitals that maternity ward food tends to be the best in the hospital. She’s in an actually good place (for a hospital) and doesn’t appreciate it.

My local hospital system has a separate maternity/children's hospital. Haven't been in there as a patient since I was an itty-bitty teapot, but according to friends and family who've had children recently, the food served is miles better than the stuff served in the adult hospitals.

I'm sure the lullaby being played made her a little sad, maybe even a little teary (depending on how long ago she miscarried), but it's not the drama she makes it out to be.

She stated that she’ll get a total hysterectomy, which includes the ovaries. She also claimed that she had a single large cyst on one of her ovaries. She could mean a particularly large one among all the other cysts, but it’s difficult to tell what Polly means much of the time between her horrid writing and habitual lying.

If she did get her ovaries taken out too, then she’s now in menopause and has to go on HRT. I think she’s aware of this because she grifted for a book on menopause at one point. I can just imagine her grifting for it when it’d be covered by Medicaid, then use the “estrogen” money for more weed.

Frankly, reading about others' experiences with hysterectomies is putting some context into this for someone who wasn't born with a uterus, so idgaf. Granted I'm one of only two men I know of in the thread, so it's not necessary for that specific reason, but it is a common procedure and I don't think it's too PL-y to say you've had one and how it went.

I'm on HRT but still have my lady parts....prefer to unless they try to kill me.
Polissa likely has multiple vitamin deficiencies so unless they put her on hormones, she's at risk for osteoporosis and fractures.
However if she has any history in her family of breast cancer they may have to reconsider her dose.
