I don’t respect anyone who says rape is NBD enough to bother addressing them, nor do I think it’s worth the resulting time/comments that would occur.

Stonewall may have won that little battle, but are losing the war everywhere else.
They are getting booted from institutional HR guidance left and right (a lot of which is their bread and butter, how they have structured financially means they were pulling in most of their organisational wealth from this)
Equally damagingly, the general public now, if they have any awareness of them at all, harbour a distinct suspicion.
They are hopefully gonna crumble without dragging actual gay rights back after them, but the desperation and narc injury of it all means the fight they put up will be in danger of clawing down a lot of things with them.
For such an influential organisation, the leadership of it are-in terms of general public awareness as compared to institutional strength they hold- murky.
If the tabloid papers have any sense, they will smell blood and do some digging into the individuals currently at the top. There will be ample filth on them.
Im surprised Mermaids havent faced that much similar recent change in tide.
Actually, Private Eye might be the place to look, the troons have been crying about that recently, and it tends to be the place to get news 3 years before its news, if you can bear the interspesed boomer cartoons.

if you do a news search for Stonewall currently, all the results are negative- the one semi positive was some in-house travel industry thing about Virgin partnering with them in some sports thing.
Pages and pages of negative press. But nothing that looks into them personally. They do a pretty good job of presenting as a vast, faceless organisation.
