TL; DR: Febfem always pick cis women (reeeee why won't you sleep with me), bisexual lesbians aren't picky as long as you have queer in front of your male identity. It's as ridiculous as it sounds.

Reminds me of “Janae Kroc” (Matthew Raymond Kroczaleski). This guy actually tried to compete against women after transitioning. Set the world record for combined lifts in 2009 and started shooting up estradiol instead of whatever else in 2015 (not insulting actual steroid users here; their use is infinitely more valid than the belief of changing sex). Tries to conceal the fact that he did actually want to compete against women now since he was not allowed and copes as non-binary.
After announcing they were going to compete again in the men’s category in 2019:

Bisexual people sometimes lean more attraction towards one sex. Hence some bisexual women feel more attraction towards women. Febfems probably aren't even as common as Moby Dick Head wants to believe since most bi people end up married in straight relationships anyway.
Edit: Some bi women probably go febfem due to sexual trauma/bad experiences with men. I don't know about bi men, but there are a lot of male exclusive bi men as too afaik. Most likely because a lot of straight women aren't into bi men.
