Like, with a lot of lolcows I think people tend to over analyze and assume the worst but with Chantal I consistently think the opposite. She's one of those nut jobs that would likely go through life leaving a ripple effect of unhappiness on all those in close contact, self destructing, etc. but as long as she is never "challenged" in her mind she can satiate her ego and never cross the line into murder or truly psychotic behavior. However she has met a person who has humiliated and taken every semblance of control and "winning" the interaction that she desperately needs. That is all this is about. Cluster B personalities see every relationship in terms of power and winning. She simply cannot contain the loss. We all know she sees herself as more beautiful than most, even more successful and rich, as delusional as that is she still believes it. She can not handle these beliefs being directly challenged in a way she can't ignore. And being left for another woman and publicly mocked is definitely just that.
