I've been reading about SRS and frankenginas and, honestly is horrifying.
For one they cut your dick and balls in half and then stretch it out to form a parody of a vagina, then sew them on while sculpting it with flesh.
2- the amhole will need to be kept dilated every day, sometimes twice a day
3- the "vagina" will grow hair inside the hole, sweat, and is a ripe place for infections that will take a lot of time to cure due to being a closed space and not having contact with the rest of the reproductive system, making antibodies to work slower.
4- is irreparable damage. Is literally an artificial cavity for aesthetic purposes only
5- peeing is now handled by a small orifice that they need to clean very thoroughly otherwise they can suffer from massive infection
6- Due to them having to constantly fight infections they are way more susceptible to be carriers of diseases . Troons are actual biological weapons.
7- The frankengina NEVER PASS as a real vagina.
8- Any form of penetration need to be done with really great care or he could rip open the flaps and starts bleeding internally
9- They don't feel a thing. Which is why they have so many infections.
I could go on and on on SRS and the horrors of the amhole but I want to finish this saying anyone who considers having SRS needs Jesus and to be put into an asylum.

They feel pleasure if you stimulate what remains of the penis (aka, the frankenclit), but they cannot feel any sort of pleasure from penetration because it's not a real vagina and has no way of experiencing any sort of pleasure from it. At best, it will be nothing and at worst it will be excruciating pain (as narrated by many trannies that dilate and tell it's horribly painful to do).
If a tranny says they can fit a big cock or they really enjoy penetrative sex, they lie or they have anal sex.

I guess it all comes down to the skill of the doctor and how infected it gets. None of the demographics by age or education level get over 50%. Democrats do, but the majority of people in the US do not believe trannies are ~valid~ and stunning/brave.

Long, but I highly recommend reading through this. It's got some absolutely fascinating numbers.
TL;Dr: the idea that you can change gender is not as accepted as it used to be, the acceptance falls hard along party lines, and while a majority of people think they shouldn't be discriminatex against in general they also think there should be limitations on certain things - bathrooms and sports for example.
