Chuck doesn't care, he's actually probably more in demand as an "activist" when the party is out of power. He's been publicly shitting himself on Twitter for months because a fellow Chuck (Schumer) can count how many votes he actually has and the Democrats want to minimize the damage. He's been screaming into the void about how the Democrats need to force Republicans to vote against a super draconian gun control bill that even many Democrats wouldn't support and then Schumer pulls the one they actually passed with Republican votes out of a hat and Chuck (Clymer) has nothing to say about it because he's busy screaming about this shit. All his real clout is on Twitter so that's who he's playing to and a lot of people don't want to hear someone badmouthing Democrats in an election year except for the Blue Checks who live in super deep blue areas anyway and think shitting yourself on Twitter is actual political activism.
I prefer to assume people are more complex than they appear but all these dudes insist on making clear they're see through.

Lol, really liking the "Transphobes mad. I just wanted to nag people that offered tepid support to me and other trannies that they better police their language or we are going to chimp out". Even when you are nice to them they constantly demand you to go the extra mile to not offend them by any chance. What a bunch of fucking babies.
Also, the end with the "It was a gentle request for people to reconsider language". We know that with trannies any kind of request is a demand no matter how "gentle" it is.

Don't want to make a major derail but I just want to thank this thread for educating me and getting me out of what could have been a potentially dangerous situation with an obsessed Troon.
Tldr: possibly violent troon fixates on me cos I'm the kind of woman they wish they were. Wants to come and visit me in real life but fucks up by going mask off and gets blocked, loses janny status.
I befriended a transwoman online becuse they were part of the admin team for a fb group I was admin of.
We seemed to have a fair bit in common, albeit stuff I usually have in common with men. I'm a pretty butch woman and in retrospect that's why they latched on. I was a prop to justify their female identity. "Look, here's a cis woman who likes engines and punk rock and stuff, she's just like Me!".
At first they were OK but after a while they started posting wierder and angrier stuff.
If I hadn't begun to be peaked around this time and started reading here I would probably have just kept brushing it off but the more I read the slow horrible realisation dawned that no my one was not one of the good ones. Every box was getting ticked from ginger male market failure to "asexual" but hornyposting.
So I started grey rocking them online. They hysterically accuse eveyrone of transphobia all the time so I was hoping to quietly back off without a fuss.
It didn't work. The more polite and barely interacting I was the more they seemed to build a fantasy persona around me. They started calling me their rock and leading lady, they started saying they were going to visit and making plans to come to our part of the country.
I have kids! Not fucking happening!
They posted a few videos of themselves and without the filters etc they were not what I thought they were. A scary, angry man with a deep Scottish accent, topless to show the estrogen bitchtits. They started doing really wierd shit and calling it a trans rights protest. I suspect they've fallen in with nekocardiff or some of the other brit cows. They eventually got arrested and jailed for a knife crime.
When they got out the claims they were planning to visit me began again. Thanks to the thread I held my nerve and waited knowing that sooner or later they would fuck up and give me my out.
Couple days ago they made a post about hay-fever and I politely made a comment about a supplement that might help. Maybe 3 words.
In return they posted a wierd stream of consciousness on my page, which ended in a very sexual and MALE way about "squirting geyser/geezer juice over your face".
Yes! Perfect!. Screenshotted and blocked them. Messaged the other mods and showed them. Explained the stalking that had been going on. Troon is kicked off admin team and now everyone knows they're a creep and is watching everything they do.
Troon also admitted they only became admin to boot the wrong thinkers.
You were all right there are no good ones.

Queerness is explained as what happened when Lesbian Theory broke away from feminism to find common ground with Gay Theory. Historically, lesbian rights are the same as women's rights, so feminism fit just fine. The only things lesbians and gays had in common were oppression (objective) and otherness (subjective). This opened a space called Queerness: a solidarity in otherness opposed to heteronormativity.
Now, that's all okay, in theory. But lesbians soon discovered that gay men are far too permissive for their own good. A gay guy who really likes leather and needs to wear a harness in public?
