This is how the whole covering the side of the mouth with something thing works to reveal the "true" impression. It's probably also how the troon smirk comes about, they're too above it all to actually smile, they're just showing they're amused by the world they're clearly above. No, you're mixing things up; Kinsey's inflated 10% statistic was something he brought up in his book Sexual Behavior of the Human Male, which came after the multiple-choice survey that showed 1% (which was bunked, and Kinsey wanted to know why). The methodology in his later works was obviously different and changed from self-selecting answers on a questionnaire to conducting in-depth interviews with his subjects, hence the "sexual history" part. The instrument he used to evaluate his participants in Sexual Behavior in the Human Male was the "Kinsey scale", a needlessly complex psychometric scale with 6 levels.

Further research has shown that neither 1 nor 10% is true. The truth lies somewhere in between.

EDIT: Self-reported data should always be taken with a huge grain of salt. There are endless reasons for people not being altogether honest, and this skews the statistics. I'll admit it's harder to find solid demographic statistics for lesbianism, since many of the techniques used on males won't work on females. They have tried to replicate the eye-tracking tests (while viewing pornographic images) on women, but they found out the majority of women don't like porn, aren't aroused by random naked bodies shoved into their field of vision, and felt disgust rather than pleasure.

Studies about homosexuality are quite likely to attract more homosexuals than heterosexuals. Most people are more intrested in a topic that affects their life than a topic that doesn't. Majority of people are straight and find sex in general a private topic that doesn't affect much. They have much less insentive to get involved over homosexuals who are different from the majority and have had multiple issues do their sexuality.

Add to that who is more likely to study something like this and what they are hoping to accomplish with it. I would wager that they are very prohomo and so want to get a large number because it supports their position better than homos are far and few between. They might even mean to be objective but still pick a demographic where homosexuals are over presented or ask questions that push undesirable people or anwers away. Reasoning being something like older generation are going to hide it so better stick with youths or smart university city folk are going to anwer better so I should use that vocabulary.

None this said to be anti homo or pro homo, more biases and limits of behavioral studies. I don't come from sexuality studies but I have done work with product designs and user interfaces. It's really hard to build a study that gives you honest feedback or useful data. It's so easy just find result you want, ignore information you don't or miss oblivious signs that study isn't reliable.

I want to say that it’s true and false in some ways. Look up the Eulenburg Affair. That shows that the ghost of homosexuality hunts everything. Sadly. A German emperor and his court was accused of homosexuality by a Jew. That led to the collapse of the German Empire. Part of me wants to say that this is all middle class political theater. And getting some good digs in at females in the process. Oh you have to watch it to believe it, but if you want a rundown with light commentary click on the spoiler below.

1.) "We are strong, strong individuals. We have had to endure a lot, y'know within our life and we've been through a lot." - Yes, and? Females don't ever "endure alot"? This fucking guy. And this is only the beginning...

The shit he says would NEVER be tolerated it wasn't for troon privilege. I was about to post that Whang video myself to point out how unsurprising it is that the troon pretended like all the criticism was because of him being trans, not because he drew a comic where a boy makes out with a dog. Same thing happened with that strawberry milk guy who tried the trans defense over his weird plush fetish pedo comics.

@Asmobaby You know, reading the post and watching the videos something was very clear to me: These people never had dates or talked with someone they are interested without mentioning sex early on the conversation.

They are stunted mentally and emotionally. They think love and affection is like a Hollywood movie: Fast, flirty and inconsequential.

Troons have this notion that love represent only friendly gestures and good will from both parts... And to be fair this ain't just troon logic, many people believe that love is a one way street, when it isn't even close to that.

Troons, like incels, will die alone. Unfulfilled and full of anger.

Oh god, I had a friend who read this dude's webcomic about the 2 foxes when we were in highschool. He used one of the foxes as his avatar in MSN messenger. Exactly the same art style.

It was dreck, like a smug, shitty Calvin and Hobbes. Not really surprising he trooned out. Or that he was a secret furry/zoophile fetishist.
