As much as non-binary is a pointless concept, the message here actually raises a very interesting point that I wouldn't normally expect someone from Tumblr to be able to comprehend the basic meaning and understanding of: both men and women perhaps fill the same 'tendencies' in a sense, but the way they perform them is typically expected to be different (rather than the tendencies in themselves being different).
Like, when you think about it, the typical 'man who goes to work' is doing so to serve his family, which actually fulfils the 'caring' portion, just with different expectations. There's a reason a good upbringing is often cited with both biological parents being around, because they literally birthed that child and that emotional connection never goes away no matter what, so there's typically a natural need in humans (like all animals) to nurture and look after the young and both parents do this in different ways.
