Hello fellow autists, I bring forth the great gift of data.
I'm very intrigued by TRA's constant claims of "literal genocide" "JKR is killing trans folx" "most marginalized group" etc etc. So I decided to look into it myself.
This is the 2021 Transrespect Vs Transphobia report, "the deadliest year for trans people." It was a headache to sift through, so I decided to make my own report, with actual motives and identities listed which exposes a very interesting reality: barely any of those crimes are explicitly anti trans/LGBT hate crimes, majority of them have completely unrelated motives to the victim's identity. I wonder why they don't mention those facts, right?
From their own statistics:
- 375 trans and "gender-diverse" people were murdered between October 2020 and September 2021.
- 96% of victims were TIMs.
- 58% of victims were prostitutes.
- 70% of all worldwide murders come from South America.
Now the report itself, I have to say, is poor on an abysmal level. From minor shit like getting countries/names wrong (things you literally gather from a cursory glance at the articles) to straight up misreporting victims that were never trans, listing the same crime multiple times, not providing any sources whatsoever, and funnily enough, lots and lots of misgendering by TvT themselves. There are honestly too many cases to count but I point out the most egregious examples in the notes. This is an actual organization run by passionate people and a drunk overworked TERF did a better job compiling their information for them, and they don't understand why no one cares about their supposed "genocide"?
Anyway, some quick observations and notes from me:
- Claiming the cases where hate crime was ruled out are definitively not hate crimes would be as ignorant as claiming every single trans murder is an unequivocal hate crime. Police are corrupt, especially in shitholes like SA and SEA. It wouldn't surprise me at all if in majority of these cases they don't even bother pursuing hate crime leads or straight up don't care. For this reason, in cases where hate crime does seem plausible (and isn't just assumption based off "oh the victim was picked up on the street, the killers must've kidnapped them specifically because they're trans, there's no other possible explanation despite the fact we have 0 clues regarding motive or suspect!") I will note it. Cases for example where the victim was a prominent TRA or whatever, you'll see what I mean. It mostly comes down to personal opinion so take it as it is I guess.
- Contrary to popular belief, no, there aren't any gangs of TERF Karens going into bathrooms and ritually sacrificing brave and innocent transwomxn. Like 99% of these murders are done by men. IIRC even the cases that have a female suspect, it's always a group of suspects and not a single actor.
TL;DR if you're a tranny and you don't want to get killed: don't live in shithole countries that have the highest murder rate in the world, don't become a prostitute and never lie to potential hookups about the fact you have a girldick!
