Dude, just eat less of the junk food you normally eat. There was a dude who lost like twenty pounds eating nothing but Twinkies (mass produced snack cakes with so many preservatives that they and the cockroaches will the last things on Earth, for those who don't know) (and vitamin supplements).
The misinformation around losing weight kills me. So many people (all fatties) think it's only possible to lose weight by eating nothing but rabbit food and exercising. When losing weight is all about the number of calories you eat, because you can't really exercise enough to maintain a deficit big enough to do anything (with some caveats, but im trying not to totally sperg). And a calorie is a calorie. Five hundred calories of cheese is the same as 500 calories of lettuce - from a purely fuel for your body standpoint.
It's ridiculously easy for someone that fat to lose seventy-eighty pounds in less than a year, while still eating basically everything you want.
