A trans clinic opened up recently in Hattiesburg, MS, and has received less heat than the one remaining abortion clinic in the state located in Jackson (people still harass that clinic even though the city has been taken over by violent niggers, but that's a story for later). I understand the stereotype of Southerners being ass backward hicks (partially true) but certain places down here are much more liberal than others. Starkville, Oxford, Hattiesburg, and some places on the coast are very liberal cities, SV having a pride parade not too long ago. I'm not too familiar with Alabama, but a general rule of thumb is the closer you are to colleges and tourist spots, the more liberal things are (Tuscaloosa and Mobile are the main two I can think of.) Tennessee generally follows the same rule.

Nobody here is genociding gender-confused children. Most of the population are old fucks, people that keep their beliefs to themselves to be polite (which usually comes in the form of backhanded compliments), or people that are too poor to care about trans shit.
