So whoever it was, it was someone he trusts and there was an explanation attached for him that included a statement that it was not to be read aloud.

Also, he lied again and said he hadn't hit the tips goal in 3 days. Once again, he got $150 on the Friday day stream. He has been corrected in stream chat and he has ignored it, so he's aware that he's lying.

He hit it not hours earlier.

I get that they are dentheads but surely someone will eventually stop and realize the shit he says doesn't make sense.

For example: he said he was doing great on twitch and wasn't having financial issues until they removed his partnership.

When was he doing well? He had an approved bankruptcy and was still crying poor every single day.

In his "woe is me" speech he was saying he was so broke maybe they wouldn't eat or would just eat deli meat sandwiches. Then shortly after says if tips were better they could drive into the city, go to the mall and go shopping (then caught himself and said something like "with what we could afford")

Just once when he is begging so hard like he just did I wish someone would say "new viewer here - If things are so bad financially you should consider filing for bankruptcy " and see what he says.

He is such a broken record. He uses that same dumb comparison that says "if I have a good day at my store I don't just close up shop" but it's like this. If you owned a store you look at averages for the week or month. If you do 1200 in one day and then only 100.00 a day for the next 6 days you still Made 1800 that week which averages out to what you are comfortable with making.

None of the dents will say anything . It has to be for fear of getting banned. They can't all be that stupid right ?

You have to understand that everyone who would have that realization has been chased off already. There were many more active whales even just a couple of years ago. The Jasper reveal was the first of many events that led to whales leaving (and a few mods as well). Phil's advice is that he should play slots because they have better odds than cards. You lose your money faster on cards, according to Phil.

That is ridiculously stupid advice, but I guess it reflects his love of gacha.

EDIT: He was called out and conceded that you have some potential for strategy at card games and therefore have some control compared to slots.
His defense was that the odds are against you either way. Which doesn't address that he had to walk back his advice completely.

I've spoken about this in the past as I use to be a huge gambler. Slots are the worst odds in the casino. The worst. Do not play slots.

Second to worst is roulette (albeit roulette is a fun social game - I have a decent strategy for playing table minimums and staying even but you have to have enough to play the minimum 36 times so not the most effective but not bad if you want free drinks and to joke around with strangers...) regardless the 0 and 00 basically ruin the odds to a place where its fun to play but never in your favor.

Poker is fun but its everyone against each other and there will always be someone better, richer, or luckier than you so my advice is to play blackjack or craps. Fun social games where everyone wants everyone to win...also House edge is 51% in BJ and on craps the odds bet behind the pass line are some of the best odds in the casino.

Anyways - no one should take advice from Phil but if anyone here truly is interested in gambling and doesn't want to throw their money away then stay away from slots.

As a side note : slots are great for earning comp points in the casino so.... if you're just trying to get points then throw away !

Exactly. Today's speech was that he made so much money in one day that it had to be a troll conspiracy that he didn't make his usual amounts the other days. Phil's either too stupid or paranoid to comprehend that there is a finite amount of money these few whales can give him. In the US, you have to meet a very high standard for slander or libel to apply. I forget the exact definition, but the bar is high enough that you have to prove that someone knowingly said/wrote something that was false (or that they should have known was false) and impugned your character with malice.

AND under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 states "commentary and criticism or fair use fair use principles allow you to reproduce some of the work to achieve your purposes."

Also, to "break copyright.", your work has to be registered with the U.S. Copyright office. After a quick check of Burnell Productions, it didn't come up *snort*

Phil doesn't enjoy or care about any games, the only exceptions might be WWE games and a couple RPGs.

99% of the time, he is there to collect money. Streaming is a job Phil clocks in and clocks out at. He does not care about anything else beyond banning whatever harms his paper-thin ego.
