I will never understand the argument that “genital preferences” are perfectly fine when dealing with pre-ops; however, you become “transphobic” if you refuse to consider dating post-ops because they have the genitalia you “prefer”.

1) All you did was butcher your genitals. It is nothing more than an abomination.

2) You are still built like a fucking linebacker. Essentially, you have all the secondary male sexual characteristics that straight men and lesbians aren’t attracted too.
2b) Don’t give me that shit about “Oh, but some women have broad shoulders and aren’t very curvy”. Yeah, unlike you, they are women and still look like women. The differences between male and female bodies are very noticeable.

It's a superposition of two contradictory arguments, which is why it makes no sense. Part of it is the idea that Trans women are women, regardless of looks or genitals, and that attraction functions primarily on the mystic category of "gender" and not actual physical features. The other half of the argument is that you can't say you exclude all trans women, because some pass so well you can't tell. It's the old double think of transition again, where passing is both extremely important and irrelevant at the same time.

They can't allow the argument to collapse one way or the other, because you instantly alienate a whole bunch of troons if you do. Passing has to be super important for the dysmorphic obessives, and irrelevant for the huge hulking he-beasts who will never resemble anything close to women.

HussanTastic is a non-binary nut who identifies as "Cassgender" (apparently it means that you don't think that much about your gender which just sounds like a normal person, but by virtue of identifying as Cassgender, which is capitalized for some reason, you clearly obsessed over your gender already). But he still comes across as the sane one here because the trans movement is fucking insane. For what it's worth, I do see transwomen as men, but that's not the reason (or the only reason) that I would have zero interest in dating one. There are quite a few transmen who I see as women, and attractive women at that. Still I have zero interest in dating them either because they're BPD nutjobs and you'd do well to keep them out of your life if at all possible.

It's about masculinity, ergo it's about trans. The things with troons is that they seem to think cis people don't have any struggles societal expectations of their sex. Hell, woke people in general seem to struggle a lot with the idea of masculinity. Because of the absolutism of privilege theory, they find it difficult to conceive of normal men having any issues whatsoever with their identities. The film also shows how easily and unquestionably aimless young men get suckered into cult like behavior in their search for purpose, partaking in self destructive rituals that make no sense, or seeing meaning where there is none. Naturally this led to a major dustup on r/BeautyGuruChatter, much of which has been scrubbed by the mods. Take a guess as to the terrible, horrible, no good comments that merited deletion...

It's delicious to see how highly upvoted those comments are. BGC is, as you'd expect, frequented almost entirely by women — aged around 20-40, by my guess, and staunchly liberal as a result of those demographics. That comments critical of trans vocabulary could be upvoted into the hundreds here warms my heart. (It certainly wouldn't have happened like this just a couple years ago, when comments perceived as anything less than 100% pro-trans were downvoted into oblivion.) As far as I can tell, the thread wasn't posted to Ovarit or GC Twitter; the most publicly viewable outside attention it got was a mention sans link in r/BlockedandReported's weekly discussion thread. So unless there's a radfem Discord brigade gang or something, the positive engagement on these comments can't be chalked up to dastardly TERF interference. Seems like more and more women who minded their own business before are being driven by the uncompromising extremism of trans activists to take a stand.

I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that she missed on accident, especially if she's just a student. He could have tricky veins or she could just be inexperienced. I've certainly had my fair share of bad sticks, and we won't even talk about the disaster that was an arterial blood gas (negative five stars, do not recommend). Shit happens. Bodies are wierd.

But bragging about it like he was being punished for mocking her? That's seriously uncool. If she did it on purpose that says huge bad things about her character and doesn’t bode well for her patients moving forward.
