I guess I mean deep down because of how easily they can dismiss these thoughts. I agree that these feeling of inadequacy surface often, but they are able to brush them relatively aside easily. The frequency the thoughts of inadequacy surface and are dismissed are the real problem. The reality of how fucked they are is not the problem. They view how reminders of how fucked they are as the problem.

The deep down aspect is understanding that what they doing is harmful and being unable or unwilling to change. Dealing with addicts and the mentally ill has really driven this home in my experience. Some will understand that what they're doing is fucked. Some of them want to change, but thought and behavior patterns can be a hell of a thing and not all will succeed. Others don't care because changing is too much work.
i think its always on his mind, i think piggy is somewhat unique because hes just going through the motions and trying to impotently impose his will on reality because he doesnt see any other option than knowingly parrot a lie that doesnt make him want to hang himself.

I bet he wasn’t refusing the anaesthesia when they were putting his busted face back together in Portugal.
well you see he can spin that as trad cause drugs iz edgy n shiet unless its an embarrassing trash meme drug like meth, and even if he couldnt his comfort isnt worth risking (well directly but he doesnt plan enough to see he has compromised it before) for kiwifarms to not find out but meighs is because she is not ethan ralph.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with mothers wanting to try it if they’re healthy and stand a good chance of doing it without complications. I don’t think it’s all a female machismo thing, since every medical intervention does increase the chance of further interventions and complications, and there are OB/GYNs who are willing to take advantage of this and the fear around childbirth to get women dosed up and under the knife as soon as possible so they can get the delivery over with in a way that’s convenient to them despite the complications it introduces to the mother afterwards, and it should be up to the mother to be able to try however she wants to if she believes she can and there isn’t a serious risk to either life. Like you said though at the end of the day it is about making sure everyone gets though it, and I don’t blame any woman for the choices she makes during labor.
nah in this case its clear mantsu has faith tier naivety and isnt making an informed decision, just parroting ralphs commands via an utter lack of self esteem. if she cared about complications ralph wouldnt be smoking constantly around the baby and shed have put her foot down about his drinking and wouldnt have bred her dysgenic genes with a gunted piglet midget.

Whenever May is allowed to talk alone her Asperger's becomes way, way more apparent. Her attempts to convey emotion's are completely alien and come off as more disturbing then anything.
She does seem 100% autistic in every video I’ve ever seen of her.

I think she might just be the worst actress in the world. It’s like when a camera is pointed at her she tries to badly imitate the behavior of teen actresses portraying popular girls on Disney Channel sitcoms or something.

She’s also 27 and in labor and delivery but affecting the persona of a low IQ coquettish fifteen year old. Her entire affect is just always bizarrely inappropriate.

She behaves in every video like she did in that godawful v-tuber try out video. Its no wonder Ralph tries to escape the house every time his bank account gets above $1000 if that’s how she behaves in everyday life. It’s truly intolerable.

I can only describe it to how I see bad teen actresses trying to portray a disliked popular girl in some weird over-the-top way on Disney Channel. It’s super autistic and weird af to see a 26 year old woman act that way.

In my experience hospitals bend over backwards to accommodate whatever mothers want and strongly encourage as little intervention as possible as long as everything is going smoothly. Interventions like epidurals and pain meds can slow down the process and they want to get you in and out of L&D as fast as safely possible. Nurses are enthusiastic cheering squads for natural births.

The only exception to all this is with Medicaid patients. Doctors take Medicaid will happily opt for c-sections for any reason just so they can get higher fees on low reimbursement patients. Almost every woman I ever dealt with that had Medicaid coverage had a c-section, but that could also be because they tend to be in a much higher risk group (poor, history of drug use, low education, unstable housing, poor prenatal care, etc…tend to be risk factors common among many moms with Medicaid coverage.)

I can’t wrap my mind around May having a natural birth. It’s not cute, it’s not heartwarming, and it’s not really trad. Embrace the epidural. It’s OK. When my epidural accidentally popped out, I realized it really fucking quick. Don’t be “special”, May. Birth for our household was wonderful, still painful, embarrassing, and full of tearing flesh, but all worth it when holding that little bub.

Know what’s trad? A healthy marriage and the ability and love to take care of a child.

Retard logic is truly amazing shit. I was a problematic child to push out and my mom was drugged to kingdom come. If this little figlet is autistic (which come the fuck on we all know it will be) and she wants au natural, oh fucking boy you in for a World of pain and a moon of shit.

May, who doesn’t have an original thought in her head, bless her, has heard the parroted line that au naturel will surely make you bond with your baby more. There’s a reason why we’ve progressed in medical science and technology; not only to combat the mortality rates of both mom and baby, but frankly, you get to ENJOY the experience more when you’re numb in all the right spots.

Are you telling me I gotta wait until Friday to deal with this hellspawn? I've been waiting in a van for 2 days with a cranky exorcist and drunk descendant of van hellsing to deal with another one of the rage pigs sloppy leftovers and now I gotta wait even longer?

Is it too much to ask to have these things happen in a timely manner? I'm a busy wizard and I can't spend all my time running around keeping hellspawn powers from manifesting right out of horse vags. 🧙‍♂️

Maybe it'll help numb the pain when Ralph finds out the baby is black.

This bitch has been such a druggie that she OD’d and had to be committed to a psych ward after doing too many drugs. Now suddenly she’s keen to push a baby out of her gash without pain relief? I don’t care how loose her pussy is, that shit is going to be beyond any agony she can even imagine.

If Ralph knows what’s good for him (spoiler alert: he doesn’t), he’ll persuade Meigh to get an epidural. The more miserable and excruciating childbirth is for her, the less tolerance she’ll have for his bullshit.

This is actually a good point. She's a literal drug addict and tanked her entire college degree to do drugs. But, now that she's "trad" she's all natural and drug free.

Protip: Giving birth is a tad uncomfortable. If one was going to LARP as trad, one should start with not getting knocked up out of wedlock by a godless drug addict. Having failed to clear that hurdle, you should start anywhere except declining painkillers when your kid tears your pussy so badly that your taint is in ribbons and your cunt and asshole become one big unified hole.

I bet she’s also planning to save and eat her own placenta. I hope she makes it into meatloaf and doesn’t tell Ralph that he’s chowing down on one of her body parts.

I guarantee Ralph told May to refuse the epidural because he thinks it'd cost less to not have it done and May just does whatever Ralph says because she is an empty brain retard.

Edit:
Found the real reason May's gonna have to do a natural birth:

Just want to point out this is the reason for the seeming autistic behavior, speech, and lack of situational awareness. Chris is a tard, Acerthorn is an asspie, May is classical kentucky fried druggie embracing the white trash life style.

A few thoughts here as well:

1) I think getting as many people to refer to the ReRoll, even once born and with a name, only as "Xander's sister" and nothing else will send Ralph into orbit.

2) What are the odds everyone is placing on the following: Autism, Aspergers, Downs, Alcoholism (later in life), Diabeetus, Hermaphrodite

3) How much corn will be on Ralph's doorstep when he gets home considering he's just told the world no one will be at the crackshack for a week.

4) Is there any reason to believe that even 40 tickets have been sold?

Med professional here, I doubted her pregnancy this entire time, or at least I think this is a “rainbow baby” … there’s something else going on right now that makes me suspect it’s fake these nitwits aren’t smart enough to keep their stories and facts straight.

She literally said ruptured she could have ruptured her appendix or various other things.

She’s what 35 weeks? They would almost certainly enduce her it’s better for the baby to come out at 35 weeks than to stay in the mother after her water broke for over a day. That’s crazy. But who knows with how fucked up the horse looks I wouldn’t be surprised if she had some weird shit going on in her body too.

As for the time everyone is different

This quickly came to mind which goes into the idea of a tear or a cut when the baby is coming out and I do not envy women for that.

>goes into labor a month premature
>Ralph doesn't seem to care
>goes into labor a month before the bowling event
>she won't be showing during, if she goes
>they intend to keep the kid entirely off the internet so this will be the last we hear of it
Fascinating.
I have my doubts about that last part. Just a hunch.
The Kay Faby will be removed by CPS and placed in the custody of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends as soon as it is born.
You know, I’ve heard good things about Frankie.
Imagine trying to put yourself out as a proud Southern Boy to the point that you call someone a 'Yankee faggot' despite your kids being born in California and New York.

Ralph can't even be hick trash properly. :story:
So many failures is that for Ralph?

This. There are plenty of reasons for chosing to go without an epidural. The #1 reason is that tearing is much more likely to happen with an epidural and more likely to be severe because the woman can't feel what they are doing and how hard they are pushing. Another reason is that with an epidural they will be given a catheter since they are now bedbound, their legs don't work anymore and they can't go to the bathroom on their own. Then there is risk of infection due to the catheter and at the sight of the epidural itself. Plus an epidural has risks too, it's jammed into your fucking back afterall and you can end up with permanent nerve damage or partially/fully paralyzed if it goes really badly.

Plenty of women also just want to walk around during the many hours they wait for labour to progress and be able to feel and move their bodies. The body kind of takes over during the birth and instinctually knows what to do. There are many reasons for at least attempting to try without an epidural first.

Do you actually believe it? She can claim to have the most natural #trad hospital birth on the planet online meanwhile getting a c-section or scream her head off demanding all the painkillers in the world. Her medical care is totally private so you’ll just have to take Ralph’s baby mama’s word for it all.

Lots of women say they want a non-medicated natural birth, but once the contractions are coming hard and steady they lose their mind and want all the drugs or beg for a c-section. Others manage to hold firm and delivery without any interventions.

Neigh’s foal will be quite small so she should have an easier time squirting that out than most. I still think she will end up with a c-section, she’s off to a bad start already.

But she is trying hard to imitate her baby daddy so what happens in reality doesn’t have to have any relation to what she proclaims online. Whatever is said online just has to reflect whatever Ralph thinks sounds like the biggest W.

Oh, except poor reroll failed by not having a penis right out of the gate, but they decided trooning out the baby at birth by assigning it a boy at birth anyway was a bridge too far.
It's not as much as i believe it as much as I had a chuckle about it. C sections leave scars, but i hope that it's not something that gets shown off.
When I had mine, I opted immediately for the meds. There was no shame in it, labor sucks a lot. There's no reason to torment oneself. It's all optics and in my opinion, kind of dumb.
With water broken and no sign of labor? Yeah, I'm worried. I don't want anything bad happening to the kid, despite parentage, kid is the definition of innocent. One thing in particular I'd be concerned about is the kid aspirating meconium. That can be fatal.
