The irony of him comparing detractors to some kind of 'hate cult' less than 12 hours after KingGoken exhibited straight up cult-follower behavior just sums up everything about what Phil is.

Gonna post what I put under the comment from Hate Army Watch's video, since I'm a lazy bastard: (which I've now put in spoiler tags cos it is a big-old wall of text, sorry)
1) I believe myself there's more than 3 type of Phil viewer:
A) He has his die-hard whales, who are hell-bent on giving Phil money because it 'sticks it' to detractors like us. And to be honest, some of the whales are whales precisely because we detractors are openly and frequently mocking them - of course they're gonna stick with Phil, who said nice things when they gave him money, compared to people like us who call them dent-headed wheelchairs.
B) Then you got the more casual Phil fan, who is not going to invest financially in Phil, but still turn up and watch. Ironically, if being honest, new DSP mod kinggokken is in this category, as they do not even want to become a member of DSPGaming. But a lot of Phil's viewers do fall into this category for most part.
C) Then you got people who are detractors, who are there for various reasons - to openly spectate Phil and pick apart things (or restream it like DDM, or clip it like Hate Army Watch does to make his kahntent more digestable). And I'd argue, perhaps controversially, that the detractor is the biggest DSP fan, in the sense that the word 'fan' being 'fanatic' where we know Phil better than his most passionate whales do. These first three categories are the Phil viewer.
D) Then you got the new, curious people. They don't know who this idiot is. They check it out. They get turned off that they need to wait a day to even socialise in his chat. He keeps snorting, coughing, begging for money, being toxic. They may appreciate these mannerisms of his and return the next day, and say hi in his chat.
As well as these four types of Phil viewer, you have more than one kind of detractor:
E) You have some detractors who are simply there to hate Phil. They don't often offer much to the discussion other than their passionate hatred of Phil. This kind of angry detractor is usually not going to cause Phil too many headaches - they are simply haters, who hate.
F) Then you got the KiwiFarms crowd, which is the easiest way to label it, and this crowd terrify Phil because they thrive on information. You wanna talk about an archive? Try a 10,000 page topic that needed a new topic as it was breaking the server! It was on KiwiFarms that the bank leaks were revealed, and contrary to Phil's belief, it was at first dismissed as nonsense and bullshit. But detractors, especially the KiwiFarms detractors, bring receipts for their claims, while you can effectively say what you like on there getting people to believe you is a different matter entirely and so evidence is key to bring credibility. It is a site that encourages people to NOT get directly involved in things, NOT to plan any gay-ops (their wording, not mine), and not to sperg out too much.
G) You have some detractors who do what Hate Army Watch does, as do various others - they clip his things daily, and those clips are far more popular and viewed compared to stuff on his own channel. This somewhat hurts Phil because not only are they taking away potential viewers to the live streams, they are archiving specific moments to fall back on for others to easily find in future should they wish to. Phil's not going to include a tag in his own prestream that he had an angry meltdown and banned a whale, for example - but you know who would have a tag like that in video form to make it easily findable? Hate Army Watch (as well as others as I said before).
H) Then you got the kahntent creators, who try and take Phil's ramblings and his past history and make some mildly entertaining kahntent out of it. I fall into this category, as do a lot of others that you may be aware of on YouTube. This can be several different things, whether it's funky songs that meerkat makes, or the analysis of Phil's fans from suprcrzy, or listening to Shinko Fleur react to a prestream and get comically salty over it - you get what I mean. These differ from category C as there tends to be more effort involved in making the videos somewhat transformative, with the commentary over it or further editing and so on.
So there's 8 types right away, not 3.
2) Detractors (all lumped into one category by Phil) yells slander, defamation, conspiracy and contrived bullshit - where detractors often provide evidence for their claims to give it credibility. This is a bizarre and unhinged rant, he GUESSES what other conspiracy theories detractors believe without a shred of evidence to back it up, and immediately then say a moment later that detractors pull conspiracy theories out of thin air and pull it out of their ass - right after he did precisely that for guessing what conspiracies detractors believe!
He then does something which actually borrows a trick politicians have been known to use - "Accuse others of that which you are guilty of" (Particularly when he was bringing up 'cult leaders', wow that sort of language sure does sound familiar, almost as if he's been watching detractor videos in which we refer to Phil as a cult leader who demands financial contributions or else risk the pig god's wrath to banworld, then calling us swindlers, then saying we're preying on those who watch detractors and milking them - this is incredible DSProjection at its finest!)
3) Phil has not once been able to debunk some of the strongest accusations against him. The bank leaks primarily, if anything Phil solidified the accuracy of it by describing it as identity theft. Phil has not once even attempted to prove what we have claimed against him is false. He just says it is, and won't expand on it, hoping his fans will buy into it. Phil hates the fact detractors can say how much of an arsehole they think he is, but the fact of the matter is that we think Phil is an arsehole and we make videos to explain why we think he's an arsehole.
4) He finally gets into monetization. From what I can gather most detractors do not really get much, if anything, in terms of money. I know some do, and I personally am not sure how I feel about that, weirdly enough, I was a bit old-fashioned about 'benefitting from someone else's work' before but I feel if it's transformative enough, fair game, of course. All I know, for me at least, is that I've never earned a single penny from what I've made about Phil. Not in YouTube ads (I'm under 1000 subs, not eligible), and not from tipping (I got a stream elements page but nobody tips me and I don't force it down people's throats either, I'll sometimes include link to it in video descriptions but I never mention it). The reason I'm making random Phil videos is because I enjoy making these videos. If I didn't enjoy making it, I'd stop. I sometimes don't make a video for a week or so because I don't feel like it. Others will have different motives but I'm not stupid to think I'm gonna earn bank from mocking Phil. I just wanna entertain folk.

It's the hole he always seems to fall into where his lies make him seem worse than the truth would have. He says he plays gacha, trolls go, "haha, we knew it," viewers act like they care but dont. He lies about it and instead of looking like an addict with a problem, he looks like an idiot who doesn't see thousands of dollars being pulled from his bank account.

Oh boy, that was a great crying session from the piggy. He is absolutely seething. I am guessing all of the recent drama and the continuous downfall of channel growth is starting to get to him. (In addition to upcoming taxes) Its crazy how his go to defense is that people will make claims against him and then take 1 small thing to back it up. Whether its small or big, the fact is there is actual proof to back it up is what makes it true. He refuses to be held accounable.
He thinks restreamers are all in it for the money but I am pretty sure most of them actually work full time jobs for a living and aren't dependant on streaming as a source of income. Hell, some of them have even set up charities to direct donations twoards. We all know he's jealous af that he still hasnt receieved super thanks while restreamers have.
Phil claims that if he were to go on the offensive and make content on detractors, "They would not survive, they would be buried." This is such a hillarious statement. He has such a boomer mentality and can't even figure out how to do basic editing/content creation. All he knows how to do is chop up a stream. Why is he being singled out while being such a small streamer compared to others? Becuase he is one of the only streamers who acts the way he does.
This rant completely shows how delusional he really is. All of the various reasons as to why he thinks people dislike him have been heavily exaggerated or taken out of context. It all comes down to a few simple things but he is so stupid he will never understand. Begging, ego/entitlement, toxicity, and refusal to own up anything.

I caught today's Elden Ring cope rant - every time DSP plays ER now, there's a cope rant. Him and his horse watched some "professional Souls game streamer who makes a living playing the game" and they said this and that, all things that perfectly align with and support Dave's own coping. They use ash summons because it's their first playthrough dood, they use whatever tools are given to them to kill the boss because ITS PART OF DA GAME
Now we all know Dave's full of shit, but I got curious so I started combing the first playthroughs of a bunch of different "pro-level Souls streamers". I watched Saint_riot, lobosjr, Distortion, Oroboro, Elajjaz, just to name a few - there's probably closer to 15 streamers whose playthroughs I was combing through. 3 Bosses per streamer I checked, nobody was using ash summons. Maybe I just happened to check the wrong boss fights and they used ash summons for others, I don't know. I find it very interesting that every professional streamer Dave and Khet watch is still on their first playthrough despite playing the game as a job, is somehow more underleveled than Dave which implies they've played even less than him, and is using OP weapons/magic + summons and saying "Why not it's my first playthrough I won't use them next playthrough"
Even if these made up streamers do exist, Phil, maybe your viewers treat you "unfairly" because you whine and bitch and blame the game every time you struggle with a boss.
