I think this is probably just going over my head but it's obvious that Boogie has prior knowledge of who designed the t-shirt's graphic design. It's made in the same exact style as his cartoon images are for YouTube thumbnails. I know he has at least a couple designer contacts he continues to go back to / bring up from time to time.
not only does him trying to make a joke over the whole thing show a complete lack of remorse (i hope the prosecutor, judge and jury are paying attention), but the funnier part to me is that he doesn't actually see this as a joke. he might be trying to play it off as if it's all funny to him, but don't forget that just a few weeks ago he was seething over how it was the worst day of his life, even worse than getting raped. he HATES the fact he has to face any consequences for his reckless actions. yet another cope from Melon the soon to be felon. he even adds in that quick "rofl" at the end to confirm he is, in fact, seething over the situation.

No lie, this is possibly one of his worst videos I’ve ever seen (personality wise) notice what this manipulative fuck is doing. He knows those shirts aren’t going to bring in any money. He knows that, he’s (barely) sold merch before when he actually had a fanbase. So instead he’s generously offering all the money to charity ($5) while plugging that people can just straight up donate which means way more profit, in fact, I’m pretty sure 2-3 donators (which he will get) will already bring in way more money than his shirt scam. He’s also just so shameless in how he does it; he plugs it right after, then he gaslights at the end saying what people “would think” while not mentioning the obvious: its manipulative as fuck and his $5 shirt scam is helping noone ESPECIALLY not dying ukraining children, over who’se back he’s now trying to reign in money. he’s not just debatably trying to manipulate people using dying children, he IS doing that right now.
