As if patches are the reason someone would clock a troon. If you're a troon that totally passes, then estrogen patches wouldn't suddenly give you away. Your average guy doesn't even know that estrogen patches exist. He would assume it's a bandage, birth control, or anti-smoking patch.

Same with the outfit; if I'm being moderately picky, the neckline on the black top is too fancy to go with the flannel top, but lol it's an accomplishment for some undergrads to show up in something besides sweats. In popular SJW discourse, SJWs believe that men cry less than women because of culture. I admit I also used to believe this. However, that was before I learned that there's a biological reason women cry more than men. I'm too lazy to look up what the hormone is called, but essentially, women have more of a certain hormone that makes it easier to cry. Men have less, and they also have more testosterone, which inhibits the production of tears. A common thing FtM troons notice after starting HRT is that they suddenly find it very difficult to cry.
I've mentioned it before, but it's that uncanny valley feeling you get seeing the most sophisticated and lifelike robots. Maybe I should coin the term "Tranny Valley"?
