The people being interviewed are right, but I CANN should actually do this for any government owned domains.

The portrait mode-filming is inexcusable but I guess filming the computer screen makes it more genuine...? The video seems to be playback from a security camera system. Also, maybe the operator is just too stupid to know how to export the footage from the camera control application.
