It's biological fact. I don't idolize my ancestors I'm just pointing out that there is a biological precedent for why generally speaking Indo-Europeans have much more advanced societies than anyone but South and East Asians.
Edit: It's not about who considers themselves "white". It is about who is biologically "white" and that is any ethnicity under the umbrella of Indo-European heritage.

Also, you're admitting that part of Japan's success was due in part to being a homogeneous civilization when western powers showed up.
