Immigration outside of the EU has only become harder and stricter over the years. Germany's immigration laws were extremely liberal in the 50s to 80s compared to the current ones. The major exception being the Syrian refugee crisis that happened after a ton of bad press of drowning and abused migrants.

Yeah, but for that reason there's blacks without these genes or people with different characteristics, even then, these things depend more of the population group rather a general genetic lineage.

Whites are extremely different to eachother and nearly everyone has different identities, but even with that they can still cooperate and there's a lot of people which live with eachother, the same happens on other places and they don't have an increased number of problems, using race for that reason is really dumb and the point i tried to make, even more when the ruler we have is really shitty (even more when psychology is really flawed and by removing two data points all correlations get eliminated, something which doesn't happen on real math).

I don't know if that alone ensures success but its clear that homogeneous societies fare better. History is littered with societies that became so mixed up that there was no unifying principle left. One recent example is the balkan wars: they were all very diverse and getting along but once things got bad economically everybody remembered they were different and started killing each other. And keep in mind these were mostly all white people within the same country, imagine how serbs would've reacted if on top of being muslims the croats had been black too.

Far more people have died over religious and ideological reasons than over race. The holocaust was an oddity in historical terms, and even then religion and ideology had more weight since you had racially pure germans in camps for being communists or jehova witnesses while people who were as much as 50% jewish got out because they were fervent nazis.

Right now our system its fervently anti-racism based solely on aesthetics. Meanwhile it promotes outright hatred among ideologies and on a lesser but still dangerous way among religious groups.

The problem is your government/corporations don't want more PhDs (of probably dubious quality since you can outright buy a degree in some places) but more cheap labor, and a foreigner with a PhD in computer science its not gonna want to earn less than a local with a GED and some coding bootcamp as his only education.

All of what you're saying sounds nice, but everyone who isn't completley delusional knows that importing a bunch of hatians into your neighborhood will make it shittier. Half your neighbors becoming hatians results in your neighborhood looking more like Haiti. They have an average IQ of around 70, which means a lot of them aren't even fit to stand trial. There is no scenario where the mass importing of these people results in anything but a filthier and more violent place. Here's a good article about some of the detriments that arise with racial diversity. I don't think these divisions are easily replicated in a homogeneous population.
