Living Rent Free in Phil's head

Perhaps I think about Phil too much, but at least I don’t let him piss me off the way we all piss him off. I quite enjoy the discussion here.
Yeah, none of us are living our lives in accordance with his opinion of us. He calls us names, we laugh, because we know what it means when Phil gets like that: we got to him. We call him names, the same thing happens: we get to him.

The only thing that even happens in his sphere that's mildly irritating to any of us is when the tips goal is hit consistently and his mood picks up, which isn't even his doing. But he'll take all the credit for it, slapping his retards in the face, so we get to laugh at them for just sitting there and taking that shit like little bitches.

That and we know all the money goes to booze, fast food, and sweaty man JPEGs.

Yeah, which is the reason why talk of him having the last laugh keeping this going forever is just plain dumb. Phil's lifestyle is its own saboteur, the only way for him to "win" by avoiding real, genuinely positive change in his life is by dying young, which he obviously doesn't have the balls to desire or make peace with being a real possibility. Nor would he consider that "victory" anyway, most likely, because not even he can see that as making him "invincible". This is a guy whose education came from entertainment, by his own choice, well how many fictional characters he grew up with "won" by dying what they were in defiance of being picked on? If Phil considers any of those staples of his youth his heroes, he knows damn well he isn't living up to their example in the least, because a staple of storytelling itself is a character arc, as in a change that takes place.

Phil is well aware that he hasn't changed, his deliberately dishonest assertions otherwise are specifically for the purpose of avoiding the change he doesn't want to make. And THAT will be the only solace he can take when he dies, the fact that he managed to defy all the signs that he needed to change, though that still won't stop him from spending his last moments on Earth bitching about the Farms. There's a reason his "lol" is always followed by a salty rant.

how much would you say his thought process is influenced by wrestling vs other normal people influences like schooling, friends, family
Very much so. I still hold that line from Howard about how Phil watches too much wrestling in my mind. I don't think that he actually watches as much as he used to, but I think that he doesn't watch anything else now to balance it out.
He'll constantly rehash the same story everyday so we don't forget, just like WWE.
Media in general has a big foothold on how Phil operates, his speech patterns can get really bizarre when he talks for too long.

Also, Phil is a big CM Punk fan, CM Punk's shoot name is Phil Brooks, Phil Burnell and Phil Brooks. And Phil still slicks his hair back, which is something that CM Punk does. It probably doesn't mean anything, but it's fun to imagine that Phil based his image off of a wrestler.

I'm starting wonder if the allure of reading the Farms so he can keep up on how much we dunk on him is cutting into Phil's Champions time. That would be hilarious, that we live in his head so much that his addiction is giving way to it, even just a little, because we know how hooked he is on that stupid-ass game.

GOOD.
That means he needs to be reading the farms in order to comprehend our wellbeing for him, this is a massive, pagsitive improvement to his life.

Gacha has zero benefits and is even worse to gambling. For Phil, it gets worse because he is too stupid to quit, cut losses, be content with fun he had and fuck off.

Phil, put down your men and fight with the farts in your head. You might regrow your brain once more !

ITT: People that have DSP living rent free in their head
I agree. After all, if we were really living in Phillip's head I could dig around and finally find the answer to if he just jerked off on the floor that time he left the camera on. He couldn't have, what kind of neanderthal would do something like that? But he didn't move or do anything after he finished, he just started up the stream, I don't see any other option...

No, the opposite is true. I'll just be watching a random video by god only know who, someone you'd never expect to be familiar, and they'll make a DSP reference/show a DSP clip and I shout out loud "There he is! There's Philburt!". There have been times I watch TIHYDPs that are so long I start them, wind up falling asleep, then wake up after a full night's rest and the video's only just getting to the end, so I wake up to Philburt's whiny, whiny voice. Every time I see his droopy face it or hear him ranting about the trolls it brightens my day. Every once in a while I'll be in the car or w/e and I'll think about how many fucking restaurants there are nowadays and how they probably get a lot of their earnings through doordash...and for just a split second I'll think of Phillip.

You people don't know what you've got until it's gone and if Phil had a stroke tomorrow and died I'll bet you'd all secretly be really sad once reality set in.
Well you guys can try to fool yourselves and the world all you want but I for one refuse to lie: I love Phil, and I hope one day I encounter him in the real world so I have the opportunity to pinch his flappy old man jowls.

Honestly, it's pretty cold and barren in here. Honestly, I thought it'd be like Herman's Head, but it's just cold, stale, and for some reason, smells like cat shit and piss. Oh, Jasper! Jasper kitty! Jasper! Sigh....how many times do we have to tell you NOT to shit on the kitchen floor?

Oh it's no secret with me that his unfortunate end will sadden me, but it's not from losing him as a source of laughs. He'll never stop being that, because there's always the hours of footage he left behind. No, it'll be sad just the way it would've been if Steve-O had over-dosed instead of getting clean. I won't feel sorry for him, because he lived like shit for absolutely no reason, and mistreated people with no remorse whatsoever, but it'll still be sad, because of how his stupidity brought it about.

As for him living in our heads, we wouldn't be so invested if Phil just sucked at games and that was all there was to talk about. And he doesn't piss us off nearly to the same degree or in the same way that we get to him, by being the people busting him on his bullshit all the time. He calls us names, we laugh at him being butt-hurt. The only thing he could do to hurt us, he won't ever do, and that's stop being a lolcow.
